Well...I am not that familiar with credits transfer...but from what I know the only way to transfer them is by a pack of 20...so for the moment I don't know how to transfer just 10. I will do some research and I will let you know in case your offer remains the highest.

you can buy in packs of 5, 20 or 30, so doing 5 twice would get you 10

There is no way to transfere credits.

Junior, you have 1 week starting from tomorrow to transfer 15 credits to No one's account. When the credits are transferred, you'll receive your item.
