There were lots of viewer during the Chess matches. I believe Chess is popular within MD world. Once I have another reward to give, I will start the sequel to this Chess contest. Also testing on how to make the contest fairer. Such thing as only playing 2 Chess game in a day. Playing too much will be an advantage those participants that play last. I will be happy to play against you Shadowseeker. If anyone would like to sponsor this contest by providing ideas/rewards or anything that will make this contest more interesting, please be my guest. I am sure there are lots of strong chess players out there in MD.

Even real life, nothing comes free. If such a creature does exist, then the price you must pay for it will be extremely expensive. But I doubt that kind of creature even exist since there are already spells. And again, you can always complete quests (easy to hard) and earn wishpoints. Players may use their wishpoint to request to go to certain places or just complete quest that enables to you request a teleport. If you dislike violence then you may go to Golden Globe Gazeebo for free wins. There will be quest that enables you to go on a hunt from time to time. I like the idea of having you create your own quest better. Work your way up there so I can participate ^^

My first thought was that Akasha or you might misunderstand my opinion. But through your reply, I know you haven't misunderstand at all. For that I thank you, dst. My only objective in stating my opinion is to bring everyone's attention to possible voting fatigue. Hopefully by having someone stating this somewhat obvious fact, voters will begin to not only read the popular documents but also the rest of the documents. That is what I deem appropriate for my previous reply. As I said before, much time and effort have been put into this contest. Honestly, it will be shameful of me or anyone else to request any extra effort. I am a very wordy person so I will try my best to cut it to the chase. I hope for my replies to provide a source of encourage for everyone to read all the documents and some if not a majority of the questions. I thought we might have done the voting in a survey fashion since the documents at the top get more viewing than the documents near the bottom. Such case appears during election time as well. Because of "voting fatigue," voters tend to read majority or all of the questions in the top documents and read less or none of the questions at all as they continue down the list of documents. The fact that we are able to view who voted for who also influence the vote casted by others. Such incidence may be seen already with "L" document getting 45 downloads (three times as much as the other documents. The documents who get the first vote obviously gets more attention than the other documents. In other word, this form of voting is very bias. Hopefully I haven't offended anyone in expressing my opinion. Please don't delete this reply from this topic either. I want to vote but I will abstain from doing so. I simply wish for everyone to read all the documents before casting their vote. Hopefully everyone will not open "L" or "C" document first simply because players have voted on this document already. By victory meaning attacking MP2 at GG, I will decline. But seriously hopefully something may be done to alleviate this. Still thinking for more ideas....head hurst (guess this is how Mur feels?)

Loads of testing involved for this one but the advantages of having it doesn't seem to alleviate the situation regarding more usages of old creature such as LR archer and Kanator. To address your concern on certain creatures not being used in a ritual, may I bring in the fact that a maxed Joker (with its large stat compare to LR archer) is rarely being used in the ritual now. Players seem to recruit and train them for collection purpose, which is fine as well in my opinion. There seems to be no way in which ritual may be modify to beat a ritual with drachorns, especially rusties. May as well try to make the game more interesting by creating new special influences for current creatures and new incoming creatures. Special influences that may possibly give a better chance of winning if there is not a significantly large amount of differences in stats. Special influence such as Freeze or War or Haste (possible special influence for new creatures), which may enable a creature to use its ability twice per round or boost initiative. ============================= Always share your opinion by voting other player's post up or down

With many MP5 using tokened creatures in ritual, I can't even get a victory anymore not unless I go to GG and destroy all MP2. Either I kill MP5 too fast or I get killed too fast. But idling around in certain areas get worse for unbalance profile. Active players attack idle players, that's a given. But the defender rarely gets any victory for won battle, they usually gets defeated for lost battle. As a result idling adds on the burden of having a higher difference in unbalanced profile not to mention some decent negative stats from the battles. One of the thing I dislike is easily being penalties for a very unbalance profile while not having a mean to easily offset the penalties or to reset the unbalance profile. Maybe a wishpoint item to reset an unbalanced profile. There is no point in battling when all you receive is negative stats nowadays. Like Czez says, either I go attack players with average rituals to make up for the negative stats I lost or hide myself in a sanctuary during a Festival (even though it is a Festival of Pain).Just my own opinion. I apologize if anyone is offended, token user or whoever [I use tokens too though ]

Not sure if I am thinking correctly on this matter, but here is what I thought. Please clarify for me as I am still unclear. Let's see here: Strong players average around 2000 to 3000 attacks stats. Average players average around 500 to 1500 attacks stats. New players possibly between 200 to 500 attacks stats. The creature attack stats remains the same for everyone therefore uncalculated. Prior to the involvement of tokens: Use of 1.08 modifiers Strong players new range is 2160 to 3240 attacks stats. [gain from 160 to 240] Average players new range is 540 to 1620 attacks stats. [gain 40 to 120] New players new range is 216 to 540 attacks stats. [gain 16 to 40] Actually not that bad if the tokens effects are not calculated and players attack other players of the same capabilities. This form of modifiers actually influence the player's personal stats within the ritual. I will be happy to support it when all the creatures have been setup. Too much going on right now and too much time is needed to test the modifiers.

Btw...not sure modifiers will be great for the game at this point. Alliance enables attacking between different MP too much. Also making the strong stronger but the avergae remains average. Minimum change is the best when we only want a change in player using a certain creature more in ritual. Equilizing a creature shouldn't come at the cost of widening a whole lot of attackpower between players.

Both LR archer and Kanator does not have any special influence in battle. May I propose giving each one of these creatures its own special influence? Kanator (being a commander) may have the Creatureboost Influence at second to maxed level and a new special influence at maxed level--the War Influence will increase the initiative of each creature within the ritual by 1 skill stat. LR archer at maxed level may have a new special influence as well. Since archers are known for their accuracy, maybe giving LR archer an Accuracy Influence to help ccreatures with Haotic Damage within the ritual always have +50% damage instead of + or - 50%. I think new special influence may be the key to encourage players to test and use these creatures within a battle. Such is the case for Bird, which is really weak but has lots of special influences. Possible influence to consider: (there are unlimited influence to consider out there) War Influence--all creature in ritual gains 1 initiative stat Accuracy Influence--all creature in ritual that does haotic damage gets +50% damage Critical Influence--other than luck stat, this influence provides another chance to double the damage dealt Also someone tell me what happen to Creature Stat Team? I was on it but now has no idea what is up ever since I haven't seen Eden. Want to continue creating special influence such as Freeze and Haste my ideas.

This form of torturing is fairly simple.
