MagicDuel is ran, developed and played by the community. Without you we couldn't do half as much as we do, and all of these things that people do take time. Sadly because we rely on the time given by others to complete things many items, especially coding, take a lot longer than planned. From time to time i will post up jobs on the forum, none of these jobs are mission critical but jobs that can be done by the community and any time that we dont spend fixing grammar, spellings, or cleaning up ingame text is time we can spend programming/planning the next feature. We are looking for slightly higher res resource items because the current ones, while originally fine for the smaller uses dont look great when we want them larger. Small and Large Recipient have the same description: A large bucket good for collecting water and storing it. That's strange, I think they were created to be different items, then a properly descrition should be somethings like this: A small bucket good for collecting low quantities of water and storing it. or A jar good for collecting water and storing it. (They collect the same amount of water either.????) What you think?

All the other saws and axes and such have "This item is usable blah blah" in their description, but the Apprentice's Lumber Saw (ID: 9376) does not. I suggest it be added.

This tool i made should help me to setup future combienrs and other things about resource costs, and items in general, much better...or at least thats what i am counting on. Hopefully I'm getting the question asked by Mur right, if not, it can be fixed later, but, How should a player start in MD? What should happen? What should they do? My own answer, Amidst a sea of thoughts, we must forge our own paths, and discover the realm as we see it, not the exact same way as others see it. Through this, we will write our own paths into MD, building both our own role, and defining that which is MD in our own terms.

Many times I had myself in a situation where I was supposed to explain what was this thing I am playing. What's MagicDuel all about? I usually got lost in my answers, making combination of terms that didn't sound as a homogenic whole, not being able to sway the person to dig up more about it. I am looking for concept ideas on how the User Interface (UI) could be changed to make it easier/nicer. Anyone wishing to help out should post or send me wireframes (see: google) to review. To make wireframes you could use anything from photoshop, paint, word, or some wireframing tool (iv used pencil to mock up UI things for applications). Just something that can show off what you think it should look like. The pages that everyone uses are most important and will be worked on first, so work on them. Hi. Since there aren`t many permanent quests for mp3s, I have thought of one. It is sort of a tutorial, with little difficulty in itself, that starts in Clash of Ages. Solving the riddles will make a new player to get to know Marind Bell and some basic game concepts.Of course, it`s not limited to just mp3, but it`s no fun to do at later stages. I don`t know who can approve this, but I am ready to send the details of the quest to whoever is in charge.
