I think its a great idea, and i love the bit where if u type it wrong u pay the consequences, as if u were a real life spellcaster n u said the words wrong or stressed the wrong syllables, u paid the consequences of it. I think it keeps it more realistic. Looking forward to it.....damn..... i knew i should have picked darkness lol

I'll drop you some clues. If anyone else here feels like I'm giving away too much, just yell and I'll edit them out of the post.
Count the total number of pieces.
On your paper, or in your spreadsheet, list them down the page.
Click each piece.
Ignore for a moment "which" pieces it affects, and count "how many" pieces it affects.
Record this on your paper, or in your spreadsheet.
Think about what you've found...
Start with that and see what you can come up with. Also, I only know the way that I arrived at the solution; I'm pretty sure it's not the only way, and knowing me it's probably not the most efficient way either, but like Sacosphilz, I can now shape the entire puzzle to my choosing.
And while I'm at it, some generic advice...
Don't let the complexity of a puzzle overwhelm you - if it seems insurmountable, try breaking it down.
If your mind gets weary or frustrated with a puzzle, take a break and come back later - a fresh look after a good rest is often the best way to discover things that are "hiding in plain sight".

This is only to help new people and wont affect people who have been everywhere. When you click on an arrow to go somewhere, lets say to the left, you would expect that on the next area the arrow going to the right would take you back to the same place, but on a few maps this isnt the case and you sometimes go back and forth between areas because the arrows dont line up. The pictures for the areas dont need to change, but the arrows going to some places need to be switched around so going to the left is indeed going to the left, instead of going back to where you were yet you continued in the same direction.
That is a good idea, i know for one when im around Alche Alley, i have a tendency to go back n forwards until i get my bearings. And im MP5 lol But then again i hold a road map upsidedown/sideways in the direction im going lol

Sorry guys, but i tried to start a new topic, but it won't let me. I just want to know how long til the next part of the story continues, I'm still in the Carnival Chapter II and it says its still under construction. A rough time line would be great:) I'm impatient and am looking forward to the next part of the adventure.

I totally agree with phrog. I tried numbering each piece n everytime i clicked on one, i would write which one turned orange, i tried random clicking, banging the mouse lol
Can't we have a clue lol.....pen n paper means nothing. I know for sure that i am going nowhere fast. To the guys that solved it, was it just a random JAGGER win or was there a method that u used and that u used that method to turn orange more than once lol

If i try to reply to ur post, it does not seem to give u a box to type in. I tried moving my cursor to each section which is all white, n tried to type, but nothing. At least with the fast reply, u have ur comment box to type in. Not sure if i made sense lol I'm sure someone else will explain it better

Ha ha killer very funny lol Actually when i wrote mechanics, i was thinking more along the lines of Indiana Jones n the Temple of Doom, they egyptians building the pyramids etc, good ol fashion rope, stone n grunt

OK, ive noticed that in Loreroot, that there seems to be some mechanical devices. So obviously this world isn't all about magic, it also relies on mechanics. Maybe u have to activate a secret key to gain entry to some inner sanctum within the pyramids. What about the floating pyramids icon above the cave entrance, wot if she examines it, who knows it may need to be pushed n may activate another part......just speculating

@faraday, the book sounds like it is like the one in the film 'The Neverending Story' (iwould put an imdb link, but there doesnt seem to be one for the first film), the book is written at the same speed as the person it's about does the action, if they walked into a room, it would auto-write it at the same time
lol i loved that movie and the song, can only remember the big white flying dog/griffin? creature. Well i can't speculate any more on simply zero until others contribute their ideas or we get some more of the storyline.......so many possibilities. When he is at this crux, does he have choices he has to make like in Storymode for us, so he gets to pick, or does he have actually 'command' wot happens. I know that's clear as mud, but i hope someone gets my drift:)

Whos the guy with the dragons n the little people? Sorry im not logged into game n ive forgotten his name (STF?) Remember when he read that book, didn't it describe/name him as being the Dragon Master, so it was the past, but its also the present n the future......depending on the choices he makes. It's like caught in a time warp where the three cycles are intertwined, shifting in/out/around..... Simply could be caught up in a dream cycle/trance, isn't Wodin the dream weaver or something like that......sorry if i don't have facts right, im just trying to remember. Hmmmmm time to wipe chin......im dribbling here lol Time for my own dream cycle

I agree, i think the mysterious man is himself, its like he has torn himself in half. One is angry and wants glory, the other is scared n wants peace. Why can't he just say, i am u n u r me. I think he needs to acknowledge this, otherwise he can't go forward. Or maybe the man is the reflection of his inner turmoil......who knows lol im just speculating aloud

If u look at the first picture, there is a symbol of the floating pyramids, maybe that is like a key........sorry, keep thinking Stargate lol Well anyways, that would make it 10 pyramids.......would solving it have to do with numbers, other puzzles seem to be based on this.

Hmmmm if the flames are slow moving, wouldnt that indicate the time principle? (I'm not really good at understanding the principles, but i get a better understanding from reading wot u guys in here write) How do we know the flames are the flammable type, remember bunsen burners at school n u could pass ur hand thru it without getting burnt, or it could be an illusion? Where is the source of the flame?????

Looking at the pic, there is 7 pyramids on the ground (hope i counted that right) and the way it is positioned would be like if the floating pyramids were laid flat (diamond shape).......will think on it some more. Regarding the flames, is it coming from the centre of the diamond n going up to envelop both pyramids?

please provide in-game playername, not just forum name. all players that for whatever reason will miss to specify _exact_ playername will be left out , sorry but its not that dificult ot follow.
Test will take place within a restricted area, i am not sure if i will teleport you to a new map location or just close a big section of the md archives for that, we will see then.

I know this is going to sound really weird, but i would love to see wot Akasha is seeing. I'm finding it hard to visualise it. So if someone could do a sketch of it, it might get my problem solving juices flowing lol (not likely, but hey.....who knows lol)

I would find the stories easier to follow if there was an option allowing you to read all the entries of one particular story at a time rather then having them all mixed together and fragmented.

Also in Lore, dragons had their true names and if u found out what that name was, the creatue was at ur command. They cannot resist the call of their true name. Also....remember rumplestiltskin lol
BTW.....why does the tree need to be named? Does it have a part to play in the game or is it just for fun?
