I agree with Smart, why would u need to mass message adepts....what would be so important that u have to notify all at one time. I don't really understand the roles of an adeptor and an adeptee anyways.....its not clear.

I think it would be a good idea for Mur to put the new area n the rules as an announcement, cause not everyone reads the forum and do not believe all the chit chat that is around.

Yap, your right, but how that related with his face?I beliefe that when we find "his face" - that's part about "as you rise", then will hapen something unpleasure for us - "so you will fall".... maybe the one who reflect Sentinel is a good person and we can't do anything about him.... or something like that

I am an RPC
so i shall speak of my experiences on this via my role
first and foremost not all RPCs can attack anyone and everyone only a few chosen can do that based on their roles
second yes i have been attacked and do have now 3 alternate characters Evoker MorganJade newly MP5 The ReaperDeathSeal MP3 by choosing and newly Death Knight King MP3 cause of restarting and soon to be MS DK
i have experienced SmartAlekRJ attacking all of my characters and in most cases breaking my rituals some with 100 wins on them some just newly created
this gives you the opportunity to see what he uses in his attack rituals someone who is stronger than you and who has been here for a long time
set up those weak defense rituals with that lowly single heretic archer or grasan you are tired of trying to train look and see what he uses and try your hardest to emulate his attack strategy
it will get you farther than just complaining about it
these people the RPC's with the ability to attack anyone and everyone every minute are in a class along with wodin ullr and Knator commander
they are MP1s
they have earned this through long and tough times most are subtle and will let you know why they attacked you as I would if i could do that
lol I cannot so dont ask jsut what they can do most things are secret even from me
work your way into the game
even if you cant compete in the RPC contest due to lack of active days learn from the current RPCs and LHOs

for those non RPCs out there i also feel your pain as my other characters routinely have rituals broken by RJ or someone else
recreate them and ask that person not to attack you again as you are training
if they dont reply or dont listen

if i cannot reach some sort of agreement with them by all means if you want to leave i cannot stop you but if you want to at least give it a try

Im sorry but there is some things that are starting to bug me. We all play this game and we are trying to maintain some sort of balance, as hard as it is at times (just look at my honour). Anyone who is at my level is fair game for me to battle, same as i am for them. If someone does not want to be battled, then they need to go to an area where they cant be attacked. For myself personally i was balanced until i got interested in the angiens quest and spent my time chatting and brainstorming to others which in consequence meant i got hammered over and over again and i have not fully recovered, but i haven't really tried to recover either.
I don't agree with the idea that someone can say they are training, u attack, they complain and u get a PM from someone saying 'please explain'. There are now two safe havens/dojos to do their training, with other sites as sanctuaries. Now ive had my say, i feel a lot better lol

Its fine if u guys want to use it this way, but i think that openly talking about where
u find potions when you come out of storymode
and the full abilities of creatures and other spoilers should be kept to PMing. I have been past this area on and off all day and have seen conversations on the above topic. Part of the game is exploring and discovering new things as i myself have been told many times

Also what about when u go to Ash Arch (think that is what its called), to me it looks like a woman holding or reaching for a planet which is surrounded by a thick substance. Is this holding the planet in place? Is there a story behind this? Why is it there?

try entering your own name in the field. it would be intresting if this worked and you were an adept of yourself

I have removed myself from being someone's adept by deleting all characters from the field and clicking the change button to the right. I'm surprised to hear it did not work for you.
Well after reading your comment, i tried again....it reads: Unable to find this playername. It put my 'Masters' (lol) name back. I exited, clicked my name and still reads this name!!!!! If yours worked, mine should too, so im a bit sceptical.....lol
By the way, if my Master happens to read this, i am not trying to unbind myself from u, but hey you never know down the track and a girl has got to be prepared lol

Again.......when is it likely that the next stage of the story will be implemented. I have been stuck in Chapter 2 for what seems like months. It is really bugging me. Others story choices are open and running why not my story choice 'under construction'. Is it being on hold for the choices that other alliances n key players are making on here or what? Would really like to know........stuck in limbo.

The discussion is great, but it still does not answer my initial question which was.....what if i no longer want to be an adept. What do i do about this? I tried taking the name out of the box n left it blank, but it will not recognise 'blank'. Cannot someone with some knowledge of this please reply....thank you

You Select what You want the Icon to Represent, then Click it. You should see and Eye on top and a Plus below. Then Select the Messages you want to Sort into that Icon (check the Box for them) and Click the Plus on the Icon Screen. From then on you'll be able to see those PMs by clicking the Eye on the Icon Screen.
I had intended to Use the Stars as a Way to Note to Myself Which PMs I wanted to Delet, Sort, or Save for a Bit... Something like that.

I agree with your suggestions, good ideas. Also it is not only 'new' players that may feel left out, i think a lot of players regardless of the MP Level, would like to know that they are actively participating in the game and the direction of where it is going

Ok this is what I know I was asking around.
You can be anyone or no one's adept.
Your adept can be anyone, they do not need to be younger or of a smaller mind level.
It sounds like anything goes so far.
A lot of people are offering game help/mentoring to players for being their adept, or offering to swap be mine, I'll be yours. Since it dosn't hurt you Faraday I would suggest being the adept of someone who might give you some advantage either in game experience or a similar favor.
I already am an adept of someone on here lol I am just thinking that if later down the track it doesn't work out, not saying it will, as he is a very likeable lad lol, can i go back to being a lone wolf or do i have to choose someone else. Cause i tried it to see wot happened n took his name out, but it would not change as it does not recognize blank lol

What happens if u decide u do not want to be an 'adept'. Apart from naming another person, can u simply have no one or is that choice taken from u the moment u chose.

If u look at the Gate of Ages it seems to look like a trident with the slow flames rising around it n up. Maybe that could be a key. Just speculating:)

Well i would have to say that i disagree, i think by my asking questions on here that i am trying to discover answers. If i can't post on a forum, well then tell me where i am supposed to find answers? I ask questions on the chat n do not get any replies or if i do very limited or the 'we're not interested in that at the moment, we're working on something else'. And i am sure that my curiosity will in no way uncover every secret about this Land as it is like a fathomless pit. I also do not have a need to be 'special' in this game, but i do have some questions as stated above. As that is the nature of the game to keep u wondering wot if, why does, could that etc.
Very interested to know how my curiosity can be sated, so please feel free to enlighten me lol

Is there any connection between the gazebo n the underground cavern pillar room. As the pillars are the same, a portal of sorts?
