There has been a change to the rewarding of the Empty pirate chest (very old ID 50) It shall be rewarded to Pamplemousse after a long consideration and deliberation. The contest has been going on now for what seems to be a long time and was to end when i saw the winner and passed the item to them. However, During this time, i have not seen Adiallinda active at all. the next person who i believe to be an active player of MD is pamplemousse, who has one less vote then Adiallinda. I do not care if you think this is biased or not. People made genuine votes to who should win, and niether Adiallinda nor Phantom Orchid should be annoyed about this. I have chosen to give the Chest away FREE as it didnt fit my character at all, and i could have sold it for a lot of money, considering i am searching for a GG drach. But i know i will be able to purchase one by trade in time. what happens if the shade goes "public" one day, like the angien, is its abilities unusual or does it have high attack? im not sure if this is asking for a spoiler or not, just is it any use!

Maybe you could have the ability (cost one credit) to show Aura's or glows. The same Avy having a colour attributed. it could appear red for example to show personality or mood, and take heat to activat via item or orbs, this would go in study for personaility changes and could be recored. it would be a nice idea, if someone could figure a nice way to use it

MD - our present The present. By the time anything happens, it is done. It becomes past. Present is a collection of pasts when you sit and think about things. A second in time lost, never to be returned but never truely forgotten. Every second has its purpose, part of the day, year, and life of an entity. Present is a chance to write your past, create you past, and your history. Only in that moment can you say you truely exist, and it is in that moment which your past matters. and can be catergarized as a moment in time. Millions and millions of picture snapshots in only a few years of a humans life. Why are some of the "snapshots" remembered, why do you remember them? Do we actively remember all of our past somewhere, every second, every thought, to be used when it is needed? These hidden "memories" must occur without us knowing it, you might not actually "think" oh i wont touch that iron because it may be hot, this could be what people call "commen sence" and what makes wise people Wise. Snapshots of things which "stick out" in your past, memories. Maybe Md's snapshots, the world in MD we live in, (the 2d pictures!) are the bits which stick out in M'Ds past/life. Windows to its inner being and "secrets", one of the only ways to access information about what it means. Understanding the world we live in and its purpose. (the principles and values, understanding of mechanics of nature, and socialisation i think have definitly only helped me) The snapshots in time, the images of the places in md, are the only thing we can actually and phisically judge it by other then by direct speech or direction from others musing. They hold interesting things to question. Why is the mud cracked there, why is this tree dead, what does this mean? how is no mans land different from the others, and why?(google search what makes a tree stay alive, can you ressurect one?) learnt something new everyday *smiles* what is more important then understanding life? (i think they are awsome for me for imagination purposes, a stimulous for differing attitudes and examples of behaviour which we may latch ourselves onto as RP characters. i mean think about all the TYPE of people you could be, even within "strict" "alliance" backgrounds and ideals. Thats why it is so interesting when different alliances and lands(snapshots) are created. i mean can you imagine. if MD was white, everything was white. BORRRINGGG i woudnt be able to make a character out of nowhere and role-play it, it would have NO purpose unless we were able to create a "world", a fantasy guideline for how all of our characters should interact or had someone to do it (gamesmaster ) and well Mur you are the ultimate gamesmaster and have Good help from people who help "guide" the game, a lot of the dedicated veterens who i get on with.) But what can these snapshots tell us, these 2d pictures of MD, why do they exist? why are they chosen to be Remembered, why has this world been chosen for us? You ever taken a moment to sit under the stars, or look out to the sea... for hours maybe at times, and still think ...nothing? your mind wonders about existence and meaning, it is beautiful. Maybe MD is a scientific method of learning how to think about the world, how to ask questions about yourself and the place you live in. RP in MD By the time you have written it, it is done, it is written into the history of the "world" for 6 hours and into the active memories of everyone who enters and reads about that location. If this is done cleverly, people can influence others, express their views, or simply interact socially. All characters present, crafted into a history, a single event or snapshot that is to be remembered. By creating different characters, we can interact socaily in ways which we might not in real life. This is the way we can create good social memories, ones which are enjoyed and may be taken with us wherever we go. For example, Mur and his feeling about his Knator Commander and how it was an extension or helped him bring out something inside of him. Having been the only one to retire a character and talk about it. This RP world is seperate from others that you might experience. And everyone brings things to it, brings with them something unique. Whether everyone likes it or not this IS a RP game, and has been constructed so that we can exist in a world that is different from our own. Otherwise we might as well all be sitting in blank white all day.

i have read everything, and i saypeople seemed to be arguing out of nowhere. the WP list was made available, and in a way this helps us all "moniter" whats going on, i think the ability should be set further into the game though. at a deeper age, purely for RP reasons. Pepole should learn that these things dont matter when you are a young age, there is amuch more to learn then knowing about these things. However DST was totally right for bringing up any discrepancies hich were found, and if i was looking i would have done the same thning, i dont think this has Anything to do with a Loreroot based "attack". ive been ivolved in something and i feel ashamed of it, although i should not. i would be willing for the WP to be taken away from me if they need to be, but it wasnt nessercery. I dont want to go into it, because its not nessercery and the end of the matter reached as i was worried, myself recieving it i spoke with mur about it. by showing to us all, DST is just doing the things we dont have time or patience to do, which is very handy, a topic like this should stay open, and if Anyone has any queries they should let someone know.

ive experimented with poetry for a long time, since i was a boy, but that was only an extension of story writing for me. When i was feeling sad and melancholic i would often write up a poem to help me express my thoughts and views, often i would still feel annoyed and frustrated that what i was writing was not what i wanted to say. ive run a few competitions and wrote several while ive been on MD and they please me. People like Awiiya, Phantom Orchid, Ailith, shadowseeker and many others have created amazing poetry and i really enjoy trying to ffigure out them, like a puzzle, and perception is definitly the key. One poem is different to people then another. In a way i find poetry more intruiging then drawing, because it IS like a puzzle (especially peoples from different languages and meanings) i have no proffesional experience nor have i read extensively or researched about stuff, but for me that isnt what its about, we all have a limited vocabulary and i find it a great way of using those words you dont use every day recently i have been doing this silly Impromptu poetry thing. its produced all of my worst, but some of my best stuff, and REALLLY gives me a buzz. I cant draw, i Used to be able to sing, but i still have my brain, and its VERY good exercise for it. Imagination is an awesome thing, and it needs to be tended to like a garden, so that you may see the fruits of your efforts and this is one way to do this. It may go against everything a poem is about. Impromptu poetry (random stuff made up on te spot, in 5 mins for example) pros and cons 1. not much effort involved to make it badly - childish. when i used to walk around the supermarket with my mum, about 5 years old at the time, i remember saying "ooo! look rum!" then id prcoceed to ryhme words(and not real ones outta boredom) getting daring and more daring just to see my mums face, her knowing id probably cme out with a "swear" word at the most awkward time rum, tum, sum,lum ...bum! 2. makes a mockery of "real" poetry Cons 1. imagination - inventive 2. social - needs an audience, 2 people involved at least right? the speaker and the listener 3. bravery - some people arnt comfortable because they want things to be "perfect" gives them a chance when they see bad poetry written lol! 4. sence of achievement - gives you a buzz when you make something special just from the top of your head! 5. make people things diffrently, and they are so diverse, everyone would say things different even following the "right" techniques in the same way your poetry you made, drunkenly at 4 in the morning is all of this but also holds great though and displays obvious skill with both the english language and from you, personally. i strongly believe that "impromtpu" poetry sometimes strikes more directly to the heart, and gives more away then structuring a poem. Like a dream it "runs" from you automatically and therefore can be judged with greater sincerity.You can find out more about a person that way you know

Which brings me to a point about MD. Rules are created to bring order to chaos of lawlessness. We ourselves act as a balance dont you think? (murs "game" rules, GGG, alliance/community rules) so this land, the land opened by the angien, Pandora's box. Could it really be balanced without us? the old saying about the tree falling in the wood, not making a sound, so does it really fall? If we were not here MD could not exist, so we act as a balance to this "chaos" whether we like it or not. then i havent really thought about this properly, the balance of entropy/syntropy, light and dark, angiens and shades and the rigid balance of the combinations of elements as well, is not really chaos, is it? or isnt it?
