      BHC is different from HC; the former takes blood and talent to succeed, the latter takes.. takes the prizes for free..

      HC is giving a chance to new players to get a nice reward (I know from experience!). I believe the last change will allow for less *biased* competition and give them more chance. Good move IMO.
