    At the risk of committing sacrilege, MD is just a game. Unique and oddly addictive perhaps, but still just a game. If you are not being entertained in some fashion (positive or negative) it's time to walk away.

    I suspect Curiose, you are being entertained by this effort. Not entertained fun, but entertained nevertheless. And that's ok.

    Hello all -

    In light of my recent misadventures with the Avatar shop, I've decided to stretch my lacking art skills into an attempt at drawing my own...

    And here's the result! The artwork is all mine. I'm not confident the concept is entirely original, however (I've got a niggling twitch at the back of my mind that I've seen something similar on MD).

    Please comment on both aspects if you will.

    (The .jpgs would show inline while editing, but I couldn't post for some reason, so I had to add them as attachments).

    dragon.jpg is a larger version, avatar.jpg is at 100x160. I'm thinking too much may be lost at that size...

    Thoughts, criticism, input all welcome!

    Yor avatar was confiscated because we received a report that the avatar might not be original.

    Thank you for the replies and suggestions. I received a PM from the MD Council that the Avatar was confiscated because it may not be original.

    So kind of them to let me know in advance.

    This was a shop avatar, not something I uploaded. It certainly looked enough like the URL that I won't argue their decision. Though I will ask for an appropriate refund if it falls that way...

  6. Help! Avatar missing

    Hello -

    My recently acquired avatar has gone missing in the last day or two. I didn't try to change anything, it's just gone.

    It was a dragon reared up on it's hind legs (hence the dragon-related mood panel postings...).

    I don't have the ID handy but I believe the author was Sir Kamil.

    Please let me know if anyone knows how I can recover it.
