So, I thought it might be a neat idea to collect data relating to DNA, just to have a list. I don't have any plans regarding what to do with said list, but it'd still be good to have, for information's sake. So, PM me in-game or post here (no forum PMs please, my inbox is too full already and I'm too lazy to clean) with your DNA sequence and I will try to keep the list as current as I can. Feel free to discuss as well.

Those three things are all things that can change, while as far as I know, DNA is static and partially based on the questions you answer at the beginning of the game, relating to what looks "better" or something, with the coloured squares and stuff. Other possibilities are join date/time, ID number, character name, stuff like that.

Static and determined are different things. For changing activity, and alliance/land membership, the growth pattern might be predictable.

This seemed like an interesting idea, started it a while ago but couldn't get Excel to format them automatically. Of course it's (almost certainly) not what the DNA was intended for, but there is a funny coincidence: the first part of the DNA can be read as a binary number, which in base sixteen yields a 6-digit hexadecimal color value.
It's far from perfect: some of them end up as seven digits instead of six, and the last part isn't used...still, the results are attractive if nothing else.

Anyway, it's easy enough to add alliances/lands onto the doc. Who knows, combined with [url="http://magicduel.invisionzone.com/topic/9625-assigning-colors-to-lands/"]this topic[/url], something could come out of it..

Zyrxae, I wonder if any of the colors you came up with were ones chosen by their corresponding players.

Since all my accounts (currently under restricted access) have mostly differing choices in DNA sequence as well as have produced unique DNAs at the finish and as i performed the one same thing in many elaborate ways with them,... does that make me a Rainbow Man?

Also, could the DNA sequence potentially be used in diagnosis with reliable accuracy?

DNA is an farce in a sence,

take me for exemple i answer truly maybe first few choice of color, then i was really pissed off by that and answer the followings choices random ... without even looking at colors

I am probably not the only one that had that feeling in answering colors

if some part is base on principles choices or story choices , that part mybe perhaps more acurate, as probably new players take more care in reading and chosing them ...

but even them , if someone make an alt, is it not to explore different story choices? or different magic choices?

so i really would not put more meaning than what it is ...
