I've just created a new character and would like to play the game, but no matter how many times I try, i cannot log in to play. It tells me that I have the verification (captcha) wrong every time, despite my having input the correct letters/numbers.

Help?

i have just tested and have been able to login properly.

What is your browser/Operating system? have you disabled javascript or cookies?

I'd login like 5 times today normally. I do assume is something related to your browser.

I often have the same problem when using Chrome, usually reloading the security letters solves the problem.

No such problem with Firefox.

Its most likely because you have the MD Toolbar installed, am i right?...

If so, then theres your problem. the Toolbars Captcha loads AFTER the pages Captcha.

Thus, the code you type in actually IS wrong.

How do you fix this? Simple.

Either

A) Refresh the pages captcha after making sure the toolbars captcha is already loaded, to make the one you now see the right one

OR

B) Uninstall the MD Toolbar. I had to do so with mine just because of this little glitchy problem.

I was working under the assumption that as a new player he would not have installed the toolbar... Since you have to be able to be playing the game to see the toolbar link.
