It is a community calendar. I can do what the community needs.

I just wish there was a way to only show an event in that list on the day that it occurs, or to set how soon it appears there...

LOL I spelled your name wrong!

But there was no need to mark so many dates, was it?

It's spam.

I marked every other day, four consecutive days a week, using the "repeats" option and not knowing that 9 events would show up instantly.

Solutions?

Remove them. Why?

1) Loreroot gates wouldn't work anyways cause people who have access to Loreroot can just come form the other side and not pass through MDA gates.

2) It is ruining your reputation.

I also say it's spam, but if you really feel the urge to do something like that, put them in the calendar as ranged events, not tons of single day events.

1. A very good point, but justifies changing the location listed, not removing the event.

3. I maintain that it is necessary and another solution can and should be found, and that I am not personally able to find it.

I suggested earlier (I think it's been two months lol) to have LHO's make regular runs there.

But no, they don't "have" to cause it's a voluntary group

Burns -- What do you mean? Four events in a single day at multiple times? It would still be ugly to the eyes.

I have them as repeating events.

You could make one calendar event indicating the start of all the events, and their times. Problem easily solved? Then you could announce when each event is coming up, in the mood panel.

Thank you. Not sure why I didn't think of that, considering it is precisely the principle behind placement for the "put your quest on the community calendar day" events.

That's what I thought. Which is why I suggested that people try starting small gardens elsewhere, or at least do something similar. Oh, and I'm sure some people will do it. I'll do it if I'm not too busy with exams.
