I think i have been mildly annoyed with this since the beginning :D

 

Anyway (pretty) please make the interface popups (battle, message, calendar) close when clicked outside of it.

Why? A disagreement isnt very useful when not accompanied by reasons.

Agree with suggestion.  It's pretty standard behavior on the web (see: facebook), and a lot of times I have a GUI bug where the popup is situated too high on the screen and the x button hidden.

As a chrome user this would be MUCH appreciated. I often refresh get get rid of the popup windows. Refreshing the page has become so routine I often do it even if the x is visible.

The only issue i can see is accidentally losing your half typed message. But that can happen anyway and has solutions.

Maybe an "are you sure you want to discard?" warning if you have text typed in the open pop-up and/or some sort of auto-save for half-written messages like in email/forum?
