I'm sorry, but why would you make a topic to say hello, again?

He's seemingly asking for a topic that will act like PM's should, to talk to people.

Since it will (and actually has) devolve into a spam topic almost instantly, it probably should have been posted in Offtopic, where posts don't get counted (according to one of the old forum announcements? don't know if that is true >.>) instead of cluttering up No Mans Land topics.

This is..his first topic of the like though, at least I can't seem to find another of this sorts..

Obviously, this does look random, but he says hello, so, I still find it okay (for now).
