[/quote] I like this idea Especially the depleting part Anyone who collects a resource below half its value could be made killable for an hour if s/he collects twice, then two hours and so forth the killing tool/s can be kept at the respective land's capital this can... perhaps bring about a new role for lands, eg: patrol, whose job would be to keep watch on who depletes use the tool against them kinda' cool, huh?
