I specified a place as it is the easiest way to group people with the same cause together, Howling Gates was specified as it is the entrance to Necrovion, and also because Khalazdad suggested the place to me. To show your support speak of him to whoever you encounter, spread the word of what is happening, it does not matter where you speak, the Howling Gates are just where people are gathered.
