  1. The offer is still valid for those interested.
  2. If you have the money as cash, then you could just gather a little and ask any of your friends to actually send the payment through their credit card with your money, it shouldn't be that hard and you won't need one. It's a small favor, i believe anyone could do.
  3. WTS Joker. Age 21. No heat. Never battled.
  4. I appreciate all the quick answers. The options are quite clear to me now. You may close the topic. Thank you!
  5. Thanks, Burns. I just want to hear an item creator's opinion as well if possible.
  6. Is it possible to change a certain item's description and name? I mean, the items stays the same, i just want to rename it with my name in front of the name of the item for roleplaying purposes. Same reason for the description change. If possible, how and what would it cost?
  7. Warm greetings to you! Welcome to this realm of uncertain certainty... Don't be afraid of the lack of knowledge, speak up your mind, interact with others, be patient, and your well being is guaranteed.
  8. Happy birthday, mate! May you have more and more pleasant days in MD and RL!
  9. There's also the option where you could spend a Wish Point for an advancement of a certain creature, so that's also a way to neglect the MP requirement. However, you can't neglect it this way in battles.
  10. MP6 group... come on. Honestly, how many people would join for MP6 only. At the most 4? And the rewards should be higher cause it's a higher MP level. It sounds quite impractical to me. I agree on one thing, perhaps it's not a bad idea to actually state in the rules that you might need an alliance to actually fully participate in the competition, so there aren't any misunderstandings after. Anyway, i'm also quite disturbed that so few people have actually joined the competition. Even if it's a token competition, Tipu is a good example of a person who could do just as well without tokens. It's all about battle knowledge. Well, a bit of chance, i could agree. But it's a good time for everyone who didn't participate to have a thought and consider joining next time. Even if you don't win the prices, the knowledge you gain from this kind of competitions is priceless.
  11. Nevermind. My question was answered.
  12. Well, this seems quite ridiculous to me. If this bidding continue and those trades take action, then you all just stated that it's perfectly allowed to make alts for aged creatures, which you can later sell and earn coins for your main account. I can't disagree more.
  13. I bet he can be found in the forums... If not, now is the time to use your memory stones with the locate spell! 50 credits at sake, after all. P.S. lol, good one!
  14. Because some of you mentioned taking a break and coming back i have something to share. I've been here from October 2009. Since then i've been in the realm and at first it was just as difficult, but also enjoyable with it's strangeness just as anybody else feels it. I played more than a year, well i haven't been online absolutely every day, but i was in the realm and i knew what was going on at the time i was here. At a certain point though, because of RL and because of exactly what every veteran has passed through and to name it "nothing happening in the realm" i took a break from the realm. I didn't think i would, but it just so happened. But you see i came back, after more than half an year in which i was away doing other things. It's because this place is special to me. I've met certain people who i enjoy having the company of. I won't name them here, i reckon they have understood already. I like the ambience of this realm, i like the surprises that Mur does sometimes. I like the puzzles and quests. I like the battle system. I'm in love with the artworks, etc. etc. The thing is, something is always happening in this realm. And be it good or bad it's something that goes on. There were bad people in MD as well as good people. Granos is a good example of a so called villain in MD. Awi is a good example of what a good player is. And without their roles nothing would have been the same. So you really can't just make bad people go away. There should be bad people as well, cause they have some good in them, no matter how contradictive it sounds. Anyway, my idea was that maybe you really should take a break if you are tired of MD. Now that i've taken a break i feel refreshed and i find more beautiful things in MD than before. It does help, as everyone said.
  15. Yeah, that is another good reason, but what about alts, which have no real historical value to the server? Anyway, it won't be possible to make only alts being able to close their accounts, so there's no real solution to the matter, at least for now. Edit: I already changed my e-mail address, it's ok.
  16. Well, you have to confirm the change on your e-mail, so you have to have the password of the e-mail or the e-mail has to be yours, obviously. Or in other words, you can't change it to "something else".
  17. Nah, actually i don't mind them sitting like that, but i wanted to change my e-mail adresses and they are used on different accounts, which is annoying. I guess my solution is to actually make a new e-mail and change through it. I find it really strange that Mur doesn't want accounts deleted. He usually has a reason for not doing a particular thing. What's the reason behind this one? If your account gets hijacked you can't really lose your account, but only what's in it... That's the only plus i can think of right now. On the other hand, all those unused accounts, aren't they just making it hard for the machine that's holding this whole game? That's unnecessary information that is kept in the servers. Seems a bit impractical.
  18. Quite straightforward. Is there a way to delete accounts or is it a work in progress? P.S. I didn't find another thread with this question so i made a new one.
  19. Alright, i found myself a suitable avatar. I thank you all for the time and aid! The topic may be closed.
  20. Wisely said, Phantom Orchid. Well, Pamplemousse. I knew her a bit and i must say she was a very intriguing person i liked in the game. I believe what has happened was when i wasn't around or well if it was when i was around i haven't taken part in it, cause i haven't understood the whole situation. What my experience with her was, is that she was a nice, talkative and creative person. Fenrir... Well, he has quite some history about breaking "rules" and such, so one more wouldn't make such a difference, i guess. I mean he's been to jail, as far as i remember more than once. Obviously sending him back there again wouldn't change much. As for dst. I've had some personal experience with dst and i must say i understand her ways. Well, let's say a bit, so it doesn't sound that distracting. Now, Mur has given her something i could easily call even a _job_ and that is to hunt down people who go against _certain_ rules. She likes it and i dare say she does it quite well. We all know that the so called "cyber sex" has it's bad sides and if seen by the wrong people the whole realm will get in trouble. Even Mur explained that.(just mentioning it, cause i think that's what you were referring to) So, if she's a bit harsh and straightforward in her ways of dealing with such matters, well i think we can all deal with it for the better. I mean, seriously, cyber sex sucks. I don't get why people do it... Or maybe i'm oldfashioned... I reckon people quite well accept things as they are. It's just that they wouldn't like to speak about it, because they are not sure of the consequences. All the people that were involved in those matters you spoke about are well aware of what happened and i'm sure they've taken a side and know it well. Now, not everyone is so open as to speak their mind, because there are, after all, people that can scold them, if you get what i mean. There are of course more matters to discuss about the system that guides the game, but that's something i'd rather not bring up right now.
  21. Seeing the good in a certain situation is a hard thing to do. There is _always_ a positive and negative side of things happening. I've wondered why people in internet are so negative lately, i guess they are just representing what's happening in real life actually. Real life is harsh, demanding, there's load of crap going on, but what the hell, we are after all living in this world for one reason or another and we might just deal a bit better if we respect the others' opinion and try to make them see the good sides of things. Why am i relating RL to MD? Well, it's because every character in MD is partly you in RL. There are indeed just a handful of people who could really forget about who they are in RL and roleplay another role in this realm. At least, that's what i think. I'm playing other games as well, not browser ones, but RPGs, FPSs and such and i must say most of the people there, today, are just as negative. They blame others for their mistakes, they say you are noob no matter how hard you try, etc. They also never listen when you have something to say. Well, reckon and name for yourselves how many people out there in RL can you really _talk_ to? I bet they aren't much. Well, now switch the picture to MD. Is it really that different? The social part of this realm is exactly what makes this game so unique. The mechanics are interesting, true, but are the creatures really what you are in here for? Yeah, they make a nice addition to your experience and such, but that's definitely not the main thing for MD. As for people, there would be always bad and good. How would you deal with those people in RL? I personally avoid talking to negative people. I simply don't fancy it. I know all about the crap that's going on every day and i'm so sick and tired of hearing about problems that i just don't want to talk about it at all. So, as a conclusion, if someone doesn't like this place then he should obviously leave if he can't take it and this is disturbing his inner self. That's the easy way. The other way is to try and make a change. Stand up for your ideas and thoughts. I like that Curiose is speaking up her mind, that's good. But that's also not enough. With whining you can't make a change. You have to make an example for the others to follow. Maybe just one person will follow, maybe two, or even more, but even if it's one then you have made a change for good and you should be happy about it. Elthen Airis
  22. Well, i don't want to waste your time. There is another artist who's already working, perhaps it's best to wait to see what he'll create and then bother you, because i don't know which one i'll choose. But if you feel like it, give it a try. I'm open for proposals. As for the one you posted up in the thread, it's not what i had in mind, although it's a very nice work. It's just not me. Thanks for the interest!
  23. You could also start md with a MB(motherboard), cause your computer needs one, and the first place you end up in is MB.
  24. Alright, since neither Rendril or Ravenstrider are willing to actually part with those avatars, i'd like to ask any of the artists who have skills in drawing to give it a try and draw an avatar that would be suitable for a detective. PM me if you need more details.
