1. Well, i'm sure the spelling is different in all the countries, that's quite evident. However, this is a name that's fixed in the realm and it's written "Aramor", neither Armor, or Amour or whatever, i personally don't write it different in my language. Well, i don't really write it in my language at all cause we have a different alphabet. () Yeah maybe i pronounce it differently sometimes but not changing the spelling. So that's why i thought Kyphis, being a bard and caring for what he says and writes, would write it like this for a reason.
2.
Aramour. Only two of you know why, and that's the way I like it.
I've noticed you've wrote aramour in a different way it is in the game. Is it cause of the amour in that word, did i find your little secret, eloquent love boy?
3. I'm already doing my research on that and i agree i have a lot to catch up. However, my position of requesting citizenship stays solid.
4. Well, i probably feel more a citizen then all the rest, but i'd just like to point out that Mur haven't made me an official citizen of the Tribunal. I would love to be granted that honor, but still as far as i know that's only Mur's possibility, or well if i join a Tribunal guild, but the guilds there doesn't really suit me. Special thanks to Peace for standing up for me while i was away!
5. Well, i found this funny when i was voting for MD this evening. Quite a good timing and it also brought up some memories of a quest that was created quite a long time ago, about the captchas in the sites. Was really hilarious! So, yes, the summer vacation ends soon and that's quite sad, but what the hell, the people at school/university/conservatory/etc. are also fun!
6. Ah yes, this one looks indeed very nice, although i had seen the one of ravenstrider. Now that you mentioned the name i remembered. So ravenstrider still has his and this more fancy looking is owned by Rendril now, is that it?
7. Yeah, i saw this one, but it's not the one i'm looking for. The man was standing straight, not like this one.
8. Greetings, fellow realm dwellers. I'm looking for an avatar of a thin man with a top hat and as far as i remember a cane. It was in the possession of someone, but unfortunately i can't remember who. I want to have that avatar as it really suits my appearance and i would be glad if you could help me obtain it. I'm willing to pay the price for it, although i'm not very wealthy, but i'll do my best to suit your demands. Of course, if you have any other avatar of a man with a bowler hat/magnifying glass/detective looking i would gladly see if it suits me. Thanks in advance! E.A.
9. I would gladly participate in this endeavor, though it's not very clear what you would do when you find people that actually RP. Anyway, it seems plausible and aknowledging what you have already achieved in the realm we should, in my humble opinion, have high expectations. E.A.
10. I would also like to say that i hope everyone that votes is not just influenced by someone else's post and nominations, because i see lots of people who nominate the same person(including me for a few of the nominations), so we do it hard for Grido to edit every post, lol. Anyway, don't just nominate the person because the other nominated it, but propose the person who you think deserves the award in your own opinion. Lots of amazing players are left behind and i think they deserve more. E.A.
11. Best Spell Caster Yrthilian Champion Fighter Shadowseeker Helper of the Year (Grido can't be nominated) Well from my humble opinion that would be Burns. Most Addicted Curiose Pre-eminent Role Player Zleiphneir. I just love his RP, hehe. Prime Quest (best quest) Well, i didn't take part in it, but there was this wonderful quest of Awiiya with the tree which talked in his language. We had to write our names in his language. Wonderful one, definitely worth the nomination! Last, but not least. Good luck to all nominated! Regards, E.A.
12. I'm sorry, is the quest closed now? Or is it extended by another week?
13. Alright, the new battle system seems to be really messed up. I keep encountering new and new problems. When i try to attack now i get the following error. Too low vitality for Takagi - auto assigning Fatal error: Call to a member function get_vitality() on a non-object in /home/magicdue/public_html/core/combat/effects/ProtectEffect.php on line 39 It's not only for Takagi, it's for all the mp4s there were in the MDP at the time. -------- I've got a really wierd fight with another mp4. I got a tree set up on regen on multiple, so it didn't do anything. He attacked with some guys on weaken and healers, basically a healing ritual. However, he was losing vitality every round and gaining after from the healing and regeneration. In the end the result was, i lost 4k+ exp on my tree and he lost vitality on his creatures, even though for the battle log it said that he didn't lose anything. Here is the battle log. I don't fancy those circles staying there all the time, so if that wasn't the idea in the first place, i believe that's also a problem. That's it for now. Looking for more soon. E.A.
14. Alright, i observed those two strange occassions that didn't happen before. 1st is that in the beggining of the fight the enemy's creatures are with 0 vitality until they are attacked or they attack. Only then the real vitality is shown. 2nd is that when a creature dies the effect that killed it stays as well as their vitality before the last hit. For me that's quite unclear. I can't really get if the creature is dead or my creature is just attacking it. Otherwise, i kind of like the new log. It's much more organized and what i like most is that it shows what stats you gained from the fight. That's an addition i really fancy.
15. Oh, alright. So, another lesson on battle mechanics then, hehe. Thanks Burns. @ Rendril: I'm not sure it didn't get it, nah. It was in the midst of the battle so i didn't pay attention, but in any case it's quite hard to follow exactly the battle since it's going very fast.
16. I observed this rather peculiar battle where luck actually cancelled a possitive effect, which surely isn't supposed to be so. Unless we can have bad luck too "Elthen Airis's Uwr does steallife to multirandom creature(s) of zZBuckZz and: - Steallife power: 1% - steals 16 vitality from Walking Tree and gives it to .....(luck: cancel effect) and remains with 1633 vitality" Rather strange don't you think?
17. There is also the interface which gets you out of the scene, as if you were idle. I, at least encounter that quite often.
18. I like the idea very much Burns. Good one. It helps players learn some battle tactics, well at least those that actually manage to fight you. Too bad i can't join you, simply because i can't allow myself gaining unwanted experience. It's too valuable on MP4. But i would encourage others who would do the same as you.
19. Well if you have 60% chance, what about MP4s without the regeneration stat, or even more MP3s without power. Then again, everyone has the same difficulty so i guess it's quite alright. But getting 100 wins is absolutely impossible in any case.
20.
There is a lot of stragity involved in the game, and as long as you play with always picking the stat which has the highest "ranking" (based on the other cards) then you can win most of the time.
Yeah. Choose the best ranking of an Aramor or a Barren Soul. Alright, 30 power sometimes wins. Scout? Elemental Egg? Believe me that strategy doesn't work. And what's more, 1 loss of mine means at least 5 cards combo by the computer. And yes, i also believe it knows what card i have in hand, rather than playing based on highest "ranking".
21. I don't know what you did, but i hardly stand a chance against the computer. Perhaps you could think of balancing the difficulty for each MP? After all, MP3 and MP4 doesn't have the best of cards so they could win without losing a card. I have fricking Barren Souls, although i removed them from the deck and they are MP3's cards. It's quite strange in fact.
22.
I believe I am what you consider an uber-player and I have as homeland the Underground which is considered neutral. The stats offered by the alliances/guilds to strong players are useless compared to their real stats... I agree, it is beatable IF you know how or you have the proper...let's say gear...Also I will give you a friendly advice since let's say I know you and I know you are an ok person: it's better not to provoke an mp5 and moreover a strong one . There are ways to attack and defeat an mp4 or an mp3 even if that player is not in an alliance. And it's even worst cause an mp5 can do much more damage then just by giving you a loss.
@dst Of course, i agree that real stats are more important. But then again, how many people have followed your example by joining the Underground? 5 with your alt or so? Really, practically speaking, what would you choose? An alliance with many bonuses, not only stat related, you have many allies, people who you could rely on as well. King/Queen, which has WP giving option, lots of citizens(mostly Marind Bell and Loreroot, perhaps Necrovion, though i haven't seen too much lately), or a deserted place giving you nothing, but what you do yourself? For me, the choice is simple, i prefer the innovation and selfreliability. That's why i chose The Tribunal. I believe you would make the same choice, but you are 1 person of the 20-30% of the people who play the game that are "uber-players". And i'm pretty sure the bonuses are welcoming for MP3s, MP4s and even new MP5s, as they do not have the stats you have. Especially the Action Points. As for the provoking. I didn't. I simply stated i do not fancy the expression he made. The fact that he is strong in battle is more than obvious. And as i said "in the spirit of sarcasm..." Off-topic: I saw the old post about DS. I finally got what dst means... Dimentional Shifters Taker. Elthen Airis
23. As of day 8, year 5 i'm the "owner" of the apartment in the Tribunal. The apartment is located on the corner when you descend the staircases after the church, just before the Tribunal pub. As i fancy sharing, my apartment is open to everyone to enter and stay as he/she likes. If i'm there i would gladly make you company, offering tea and a friendly chat. The Sunny Bedroom upstairs is a private room, locked with keys, which i have. It is open for rent, for special meetings, dating, searching solitude or whatever the reason. The bedroom can be rented by 1 or 2 persons maximum at any time for a fee*. There are special rules that apply for the bedroom, but the privacy is absolute and guaranteed. For additional information contact me via PM in-game, or simply stop by. *The fee is collected by me, but it is transferred to Mur at a certain period of time. This is not a rent i gain coins of. It is a place made for your comfort and not for personal gain. Elthen Airis
24.
Ok, so In regards to Murs latest Announcment about the lands Chatting to each other on what they should do about various things, I had a thought, And feel free to shoot me down if It really is a stupid idea... So we got the random lands that don't belong to anyone right? Archives, Tribunal etc. Wouldn't it be groovy if The main lands could conquer them, or put them under their rule or whatever. It would be a good opportunity for RP, and an awesome excuse for people to rally together. Or another idea is, that whichever alliances are outwaying all the others in a particular area (In terms of active players moving around there), get land bonuses etc as if it were their own turf. The areas would be in constant flux I guess, but it would encourage encampments in the more deserted lands. Anyways, that's just a few thoughts. P.s. Sorry if this is in the wrong place, hi everyone. lol P.p.s Hey it was in the wrong place after all, thanks for moving it. XD
Absolutely opposing the idea, as everyone. It's quite obvious, this game is not Command & Conquer. And i would be very sad to see it become one, if ever. What i like about the neutral lands is exactly the neutrality it offers. It gives you the opportunity to make something yourself, apart from all the alliances and all diplomatic matters you must be involved into, if you join any of the main lands. It gives you the freedom to create your own role and actually keep a neutral position, not opposing any of the main lands, as not everyone feels affiliated with any of the main lands. I, for example, didn't find myself suitable in any of the main lands, so i decided to go neutral and Thr Tribunal was already waiting for me, unexplored, waiting for new adventures and ideas. Then again, looking from the point of view of the so-called "Uber-players"(Battle oriented players) the use of the neutral lands is absolutely useless. What's more, if they join the neutral land they get no bonuses for their stats, so that's even a stronger argument not to be asking for a citizenship for the neutral lands. Nevertheless, obtaining the citizenship for any of the neutral lands is quite hard, if not impossible at the moment, so i don't know if that should be considered an issue or not. As for the King of the Hill idea, i don't know what to think. Something more informative should be proposed as to create an opinion for it. For the moment i don't quite see what that place would be like and how it would improve the Gameplay.
Yes, how could I possibly defeat the 4 of you with my max Drachorn ritual and 60 alliance seats? MDA is even more pathetic, a few archivists and a single legend speaker. Face it, if a main land wanted to take a neutral one by force you couldn't do anything about it unless you got a different main land to help you. However neutral lands aren't there to be taken over, they have a set purpose. If there were alliances to take over they would have to be part of one of the 4 main lands.
I don't fancy the way you speak of yourself, oh mighty one. 6 drachorns aren't unbeatable, no worries. But then again, in the spirit of sarcasm i'm MP4, not in an alliance, how can you beat me? Elthen Airis
25. I don't mind either. There is just one thing i noticed lately. The free credits links started to move chaotically in their order. To a certain extent that is alright, because usually there is a clickable link on the top of the page, but there isn't always, so i don't quite understand what the purpose of that change was.
