I was thinking about the relation between Mur,the Lands of the East and its unique features as a land and I found this "art imitates life" coincidence (tried to get the right angle as best as I could): If you look at it from other perspectives, you can see that the details on the top of the columns and the triangular bit above the columns (I don't know how to name it) are very similar to the temple in our realm. I have constructed for myself a makeshift theatre out of things I had lying around. The stage is logs and branches tied with string, just barely supporting the weight of a tablecloth curtain, the floor the grass underfoot. As second in command of the East I've been actively trying to recruit people to join the land. After some discussion, Miq and Syrian have decided to leave their ill-managed lands/factions to join the East and finally bask in the rays of victory that can commonly be seen around Easterners during times of quests and events. It probably goes without saying that if I can recruit Miq and Syrian over, many more will follow. The one issue with this is that the East currently doesn't have one of those items that grants citizenship. I need some people that are very active on the forums. They will have first of all to become citizens of Tribunal Lands and that means i will have to see them as such. Thats why i will pick from those offering their service here in a very subjective and unrevealed way. Under this annoucement: Ann. 1003 - [2009-09-07 13:46:17 - Alpha 9] Alliances and guilds with only two members (or multiple alts of same person resulting in a total of two different people) are requested to work on their guild/alliance structure and expand it with new members (according to their own ways) or undesired actions will be taken. Alliances in this situation: Dimensional Shifters, The Artisans Guild, Shattered Illusions, Kelle'tha Order, Crafters. The Seal of Six is currently in violation of this annoucement. Me, Sephirah, and other citizens of the Tribunal ask that action be taken against the SoS.

So what I am thinking is that since the Tribunal still has quite low viscosity (negative in a lot of places) if a lot of us would take a walk around it as far as you can go, we could quite possibly lower the viscosity to -80 in most to all of the locations. After that, the Tribunal could be a more populated place. Think of it like No Man's Land and Marind Bell, there are a lot of people there regularly, the same could be for the Tribunal. Let me know what you think about the idea.
