  1. - Enforce a sacrifice limit to mp3 and mp4 (10 for mp3), (32 for mp4)
    - A guild dedicated to monitoring this is a terrible idea, and something that will end up being abused.
    - Giving Kings the power to do so over their citizen is something I personally Disagree with. (why would they put them selves under the mercy of a king then?)
    - LHOs are trusted NEUTRAL people who should be given the power to do so. (move mp levels up)

  2. Funny as this is, I really do not think the MD forum is the place for something like this, even in offtopic. If it is though it would mean that other topics could be started in regards to targeting in a humorous fashion, (blonds, muslims etc...) If you wanna read and or post things like this I would suggest 4chan.

  3. Well in terms of being great, is something you either are or are not. For someone like that they will always standout regardless of whom they had as a mentor (just look at the "legends" of MD). As for later on when you feel that you reach your peak, well most people it seems just simply adept others to help them get/maintain mp6 who can in turn help younger players out. Being a associated really is not a bad thing either simply due to the nature of MD, chances are they will probably end up being a great personal friend (and it would be something to be proud of). Otherwise I see it more so akin to being ashamed of being an adept period. Which in a social environment like MD just seems to be outright silly.

    Having social connections if even by mistake is not a bad thing, MD is a social "game".

  4. The thing is with becoming an adept of someone is that once you do so it is meant to be permanent. Adding something to make it so you can become "free" just causes more harm to the system in place than good. It is an interesting concept to be able to do it, but really pointless, after all if you really want to be free become the adept of an account that is going to be removed.

    Look at it this way, if you taught something by someone you cannot unlearn it (no semantics please) You can get another teacher and learn new things but the fact remains at one point you were a student. In MD's case its being an adept and there is always more to learn.

    I am slightly color blind so this new captcha does really annoy me.

    (also for the people who would and can use bots it is rather obvious.)

All the lands have water except for no mans land which only has a puddle at the path of loneliness and the fountain must have water in it as it is a location which simply zero can teleport to, which if my understanding is correct is limited to locations with water. As for the Tribunal it has a water pump.

    As for how they transfer it probably from buckets which can only hold and not gather, which can be made from other resources.

    As for the actual topic it's self, if there is going to be only 1 mining guild based in Golemus, then I suppose for the sake of balance based on the limited resources that a water handling guild should be in either Marind Bell or Necrovion (if one was to be made), but that really would depend on the overall distribution of "gathering guilds". I am certain people would be frustrated being sold something mined in their land by another land, especially if they had nothing in return to sell/trade.

    Just my opinion.

  7. As I see it there are 3 ( I could be wrong) active player who can actively make it rain through spells, so it were to be freelanced it could lead to certain people getting "rich" very quickly, and simply preferred.

    What I would suggest is have it forced per guild to have at least on water gatherer as a role, somewhat like an apprenticeship. Rather than have a specific guild just for people collecting water, although it could work.

    But use of water, is not just applicable to farming and alchemy, even in various other professions it would be required like blacksmithing.

    So the bottom line is, I think freelancers for water gather would be bad mainly due to ease of a corrupt monopoly over it.

    They should be for each guild at least one as per needed. (as they are made)

    Or

    Make the guild for waterbearers specifically, but have it placed in a land with little to no future professions.

    I took the test I found it to be kind of scary accurate at least in my case, for most things. I sent the test to a few friends I began to wonder how many people actually find this accurate and would the community of MD have higher concentrations of the rarer types of people.

    Its nice that you are trying to come up with ideas in regards to the new "feature". But seriously use some common sense and at least give Mur some credit. This is just one of the very basics that will be made (DUH). At least Pamplemousse did come up with something outside of the box as an expansion to thing that would there, IE: advance alchemy.

    I'm not too sure on how good people are at basic logic, but this more or less all ties in together. I am rather surprised that A vet like Pamplemousse would be taking such a route rather than contact the person(s) who have actually been working in regards to this ([u]Yes to spell it out:[/u] Item usage and resource guilds are tied in together!) [b][i]*GASP*[/i][/b]

    Maybe I am looking too deeply into this but to me this just seems like the common sense regard into this [i]"new feature"[/i] that is being used for personal PR reasons to hog some glory.

    People in guilds will be given a permanent sanctuary mode which would only come off during such times as heads and/or torchs.

    Give each guild a similar build bonus wise to the Tainted Warriors:

    EI: 500 Briskness, 50 Energetic Immunity, 20 Trade Sense

    This way they can still gather heat, and not bother about combat focusing on their role, should they wish to fight they simply leave the guild, this would also allow them to keep creatures.
