1. Actually this quest attempt convinced me I am able draw something - and for that I am grateful (a little nudge pull - and 'hmm.. it's not as hopeless as I seem to recall': avys I drew). This 'words' avatar looks as bad both bacause of my skill - but also because I learned how to export avy a few days after I exported this one.

WTS

Santa 12sc :-P EDIT: UP 1sc...
3. 2 Avys added. Thanks for the edit :-)
4. Sorry for noob question... What are these Appendixes?
5. Hello, I wanted to share my first attempts of avy drawings. Images presented here are either accepted - or seem to have chance to; will appreciate all comments :-). Some of avys below are MD Store; for those I added a watermark and mention it in image description. If the avy is not described otherwise, feel free to buy them from me - send me an offer (this thread is for avy drawing commentary; PMs preferred) Accepted avys: My own avy :-) [not for sale] Braveheart Vampire [MD Store] Archer [MD Store] Demon Fisherman [MD Store] Lady Work in progress: [log='A Rather Nude avatar'] Medusa. Rejected as 'Too...naked..' :-)) Give me some suggestions how to cover it as I like it pretty much... Underwear on a demon would look.. interesting :-P Tail or 'hair' - would look much worse[/log]

New ideas

New idea: crit owner history displayed (owners, tokens - with dates); also clear crit history MD Store item (Extra Feature, deeper) idea thread
8.
Manda, I think these are worth more than 10SC - and I don't have much need for coins. xreig - I have a lot of jokers. Nice offer, but I'm looking for something a little better. I do need a bloodpact for my prize box....
Hmmm BP I cannot give you - but have another 2 fresh Imps to trade (trying to get quality for quantity :-P). How about sharptear - what crits would you expect?

Crit history

As it seems crits are becoming more and more individualized (names, tokens) maybe it would be a good idea to add a crit history for every crit: when did it belong to whom, when was it tokened. If it makes sense also MD item in extra features 'clean crit history' EDIT: also crit exp transfer also make them more individual
10.
creatures that require a certain level of upgrade will be usable only on that level, otherwise they will automatically receive freeze during combat. Exception makes mp6 requirement that will still allow mp5 to use creatures that needed mp6 to upgrade.

So… MP5s who have maxed creatures that can only be maxed in MP6 now have those creatures frozen, correct? Is there a way for MP5s to lower creature level, or are those creatures useless except as cannon fodder now?
Valid question :-)With the mantioned new announcement it seems upgrading mp6 only crits will not be that easy - it would make current MP5s very powerful indeed comparing with these that are moving up now or did recently. There was a suggestion of one-time reduction of all crits to level allowed for given MP
11. The idea comes more from spending time at MDP than personal experience (no recollection whatsoever of anyone I would use it against) - every now and then it appears two players clearly should not be in the same location. Still, if my impressions were wrong or idea doesn't fit some MD aspects I am not aware of - please close the topic or let it drown peacefully :-P
12.
Mine's and Imperial Aramour. What's yours?
Ups sorry - Imp (you mentioned 'token removal' among reasons) PS Feel free to suggest adjustments - if not major we may reach some mutual satisfaction (not all these tokens I do know :-P, among reasons for bidding)
13. Huh just Friday cooldown last minutes in work - maybe I wasn't clear: The feature I advocate is only to block interactions between a pair of players - one activating it and another upon whom it is activated. I fully agree with statement 'You can't deny a player the right to play!' - and it seems that if two people cannot stand each other or one keeps affecting gameplay of another (permanent attacks/ abuse), the affected player should be able to completely ignore the other. That's all :-)
14. Hmmm why it seems to me that everybody is caring so much about poor newbies and balance on low MP level without asking them for opinion? At the same time vet MP5s are untouched by any MD change (even here: MP5s are except from the 'freeze') In theory we all should find our place/ role in MD. Well, some did in lower MP level. I spent 2 months MP3 doing quests - was quite active during that time. My experience from MP3 and now MP4: overpowered MP do not abuse their positions. Quite the opposite - training with them gave more understanding and knowledge than completely blind tests with fellow noobs. It's not an accident they have tens of friends, more than most active MP5s... If they found their role and nobody (except some MP5s that would love to fight them) complains about it - what is the objective of the last change? I admit though, that with the previous change (exp transfer, exp loss by sac) MP4 could easily get off balance. I do not thing it would happen, though - MP4 seems to be empty most of the time. With new requirement I would also suggest lowering exp cap for MP4 down to like 1.5M. As it is those who do not feel ready can easily avoid the cap now, there is no MP4 to train to prepare for MP5s anyway - and last announcement means also that after becoming MP5 also crits will be new. In many cases - by a few lvls as former MP4s will get attacked by people that went MP6 to max their crits. And least but not last - it would be only fair to allow people to reduce lvl of their crits to the highest level that allows for fighting. I am half way to the MP4 exp cap without any exp loosing tricks and several of my fighting crits are 'frozen' due to the last change. So please give me a MD Store reset at last (another rather new change it seems - no reset at start); I could buy new slots, get new crits for training EDIT: thanks for the reset :-)
15. Imp – “PIMP Aramoan” Experience 43550 Age 406 [blooddrop1] [firedrop][darkshield][claw3][blooddrop2] [emeraldglare][claw1] I assume it's Imp? bidding Jan Skrzetuski Experience 89061 Age 63 Joker Experience 0 Age 10
16. I read 'paid in silver' and some other less important stuff; count me in - current activity 72/70.
17. Idea: 1. new extra feature in MD Store; not too deep 2. set player would have all direct interaction blocked: includes attack (but also - being attacked), PM, optionally even all chat whited out (like spoiler) 3. very low max number per player - 2 seems reasonable 4. rare reset - like spell (change of blocked player) 5. potential problem: land and alliance wars (no idea how it works); solution: automatic reset whenever their lands/ alliances are in war; should be easy Justification: The question to weight is whether MD is a world of opportunities that players can find a place for themselves - or 'ultimate fighting RP at MP5 level'. I consider the first option to be broader and more interesting; it does not exclude the second for those who like 'ultimate fighting' in MD most. Described feature would just reflect that the little part of dream we build in MD does not include certain people (hence: even chat whited-out) - designed for people we detest or plain bullies. Please share thoughts - or close the topic if it's been discussed before my time. EDIT: idea withdrawn; not even added to inventory; please close the topic
18.
the thing is xrieg, if he had gain 100 wins and loses with regular fights and not using non-damage he wouldn't get completely lost.
Wrong - the player in question got capped so quickly that didn't have opportunity to do any RDFA worth speaking about :-P Still, the hot topic now is new announcement and even Curiose seems to think it is more evil than RDFA :-P
19. Hmm this char was created before Christmas - and still no shop reset even though they were given away... I was planning my shopping spree with shop reset in mind - please tell me how (who to send PM to or what) to apply for one?
20. I checked all sections and the beastly button is nowhere to be found. And a couple of vets I approached before posting assured me I should have one shop reset from start.
21. I heard I should be able to do a MD Store reset and the button should be in MD Store section - and I should have I reset availaible from start. I didn't reset and see no button (see printscreen below) PS facts, location, and printscreen verified with one vet player before posting game ID 208902 browser: IE; firefox
22. Every sword has two edges :-P I know about at least 1 new player who went to MP4 almost immediately - and was completely lost there; is no longer playing to the best of my knowledge (got some PMs asking when I was planning to move)... It's not that easy to go MP5 accidetally, but every now and then you hear people complainig they didn't wait longer. RDFA help people to socialize and thus probably it even increases chances of staying in MD. Nowadays probably most people moving from MP3 got their first informations about rituals building and basic mechanics just to start RDFA. About learning... There is nothing instead - if they want to move they do damaging fights; they can do it if they want/ get bored/ get frustrated. And people experiment - so while perfect RDFA do not teach much, IRL people try to build rits involving all their crits and figure out how do they work (often 'well, it did something completely unexpected... why?'). I suspect that as far as frustration and morality goes, RDFA only helps. Still, it seems that of new players I was the only one interested enough to write here - so so far frustration with RDFA is not that high yet :-P
23. I honestly do not understand the issue... The question remains which is worse: 1. people learning some game mechanics from non-dam rituals (and: much more from battle logs when something go haywire or a sparring partner points out what they do wrong) 2. people advancing to MP4 without seeing/ understanding a thing about MD except some occasional chat at MDP. About farming... I advanced to MP4 with +25 wins balance only to discover that most active players are +100 losses and more. New people get there pretty quickly as they keep giving positive honor to most players. So as my balance is almost perfect I must farm honor from those players I can and appreciate it (so non-dam is preferred as it lasts longer - of course upon information about not giving losses). As it does not unbalance the game (most RDFA ppl go to MP4 smoothly and do not keep non-dam forever; rather something to occupy their AP while socializing) I see no problem whatsoever. And Shem... Was it _really_ the weirdest MP3 question you got? Personally I know for sure it wasn't :-P
