MD doesn't run in 12 hour format

in a soon to be related incident, what is 12:00 PM (Server Time) if we run in a 24 hour format?

12pm is 12:00 in 24 hour time. 1pm is 13:00.
12am is 00:00, so 12:15am is 00:15.

I have a curious suggestion if I may add to this.. maybe there should be a converter added to the game so that you can check to see what time events or other things are going to fall under in your time zone?

(usualy is simpler to check and remember a fixed hour +/- offset from your time to server time than to recalculate each time with a converter or other ways.

I just remember when 0:00 server time is in my time, and add any extra hours from then on. (ex. if you wanted to go to an event at 13:00 server time, and 0:00 server time is your 2pm, add 13 hours to 2pm and you will get 3am which will be 13:00 server time)
