The pros and cons of this issue have been discussed in the forums by the community.

As of now, you have no means of enforcing such a clause. The point of no return only occurs once an item or creature has been transferred.

I propose to trade either Locate or Silvertongue stone for your Otherarmy.

I thought i checked the forum regularly but i cant remember seeing any such forum topic, nor did i find it with search.
I know from personal experience what kind of dispute can happen in case of the leading bidder taking back his offer and of the consequences, that's why i put that condition.
Post or pm me the link to that forum topic so i can read it myself but everyone who bids on my sale automatically agrees with that condition so they should have no excuse.
