Wanted to give a nod to  Else, the first new member of Legend Speakers since it's rejuvenation at the 16-year Anniversary.

Else is an impressive grinder, and as Bailiff will be using his strength to keep order in the Alliance, and to keep the fighters distracted at storytelling events.

(Hecklers, on the other hand, who seek to become martyrs, will instead still be met with Silver Tongue and/or Toad Speak).
