Bug with new Chat windows

FYI the chat never scrolls to the bottom which is a bit of a pain, can we make this work again please @Muratus del Mur ❤️

I like it but only issue I have is what chew stated. It is a bit of a pain to scroll to the bottom every time and when making a comment it won't scroll to the bottom automatically. It moves one line down and you still have to scroll down

I tried making it to scroll down when someone inputs something, not constantly, but i failed. I asked @Chewett to play superhero and see if he can fix this issue
