The Online Users list on the login page isn't showing the right people.

For example, right now it says "Users online right now: 72 (44 idle):", but it lists many idle people (including Pipstickz, who I idled a while ago), instead of the active people, as I assume it's supposed to (and also used to do). I counted the people in the list and there was 72 at that time. I've been seeing idle people on the list for a while now, but I wasn't sure if they had recently become active or what, until I saw me on there.
