I was thinking about writing a story. But is it allowed to mix in-game and OOC elements, or does it have to be in-game completely?

I am asking this because the idea I have has certain OOC elements in it. It is a story on two levels, so to speak, an MD and a meta level.

What's wrong? I've logged in on this (hospital) computer numerous times, and now all of a sudden the page has changed (read: became indistinct) and when I try to log in, I get the message "This page requires AC_RunActiveContent.js". Every other site is working normally, MD's forum is accessible too. Please tell me this is only temporarily.

@ Change: everybody is born with a certain amount of B12 stored in the liver. People who can't take it from food, will use up that amount and have nothing left. Since they can't store new B12, they will be short on B12 for the rest of their life.
