Torch Carry
The way I see it, it wasn't the just the noobs who torch farmed this time. In fact their torch farming was negligible compare to what the *cough* did.
That cough includes you and your alts, right?
2. Small question:what if the winners from round 1 are from the same ally? (highly possible with certain alliances).
3. And since we are already here: what about items from players that left months ago like Aqune, Calyx etc. I don't like items except as trading merchandise but I agree that this is ridiculous. LE: I love the player called Material Vault ). I think I know who's behind it but seriously! Do you really need it?
4. But what good will the papers do to Loreroot? I mean, if you don't have it you cannot enter Loreroot anymore or? For Necro is understandable since few actually have access and this will allow players who chose a different path to enter it. A bit strange for GG but that is a different story...
5. Maybe it's not the right place to ask but...PLEASE enlighten me! I understood that for GG the papers let you go in or out.Maybe the same for Necro. But what about Loreroot? Will the entry fee (ap) will be smaller or nonexistent? Or the papers are good just an ID card for citizenship?
6. It's TC Chewy not HC )
7. Incorrect: once you score you're teleported to your original capital. And if you're dead at sharp hour to GOE. EDIT:clarifications
8. Certain items have images so it is possible. My idea of an item is simple: combine the uncut diamond No one has with his drachorn scales forming several enchanted scales which should be used as keys to open an area. In that area I wish to put my 2 accounts: Venger and gogu with regen rits. This way I can control who uses them (I have issues with this cause even if I ask the players not to break their rits I ALWAYS find broken rits). Basically, you get the scale, you can enter. What I do to prevent stealing/selling/passing the scales to others is to have them "recharged" only if they are sent back to me or No one.
9. Since my last post I have taken part in 3 more quests and finally found what Metal Bunny wants from my life For some of them I already posted a small review but they might get lost on the forum. First quest:Sparrhawk's Stone Tablets Good idea quest. Nicely done. One flaw: good only for native English speakers. And that had a direct impact: the ones that solved it (except me) have English as primary language. Good part:Sparr was fast in replying and tried to give me some hints. Second:MasterB's quest:I liked it. It is dynamic, it has things that I enjoy finding in quests.I cannot say more due to the fact that it's not over and I don't want to spoil it for the others. His system of hints is really really good. That's one giant white ball for him Third:BloodPrince:A really good quest with diversity and logic. Flaw:the clues were not distributed too good if you ask me. Too easy till phase 4 and impossible for me at least from there. But maybe this is for the best cause after all you do need filters. And I just saw this in BloodPrince' post:
This part even held one of the best quest solvers (dst) in MD back. May be Mur should give me a medal for that
Sorry to disappoint you but Metal Bunny kicked your behind in this . Except his mini quests for his spell doc and few easy riddles for other's quests I never ever solved any of his quests. And also Cutler is one of the persons whose quests I seem never to finalize . And since I mentioned MB....DST DOESN'T have an eye for details!!! I cannot find Waldo (aka that damn word) unless he bits my leg or hits me in the face. Whenever I have masochistic impulses I open MB's map and after a while I am cured
10. Just a piece of advice: it is easier if you ask an LHO those questions rather then making a forum topic every time you have to ask something. Also...less work for me
11. I tried it and i reached Phase 4 where I got stuck (of course, now that I know the solution I want to kick myself cause it was waay to logic). Overall I see it as a good quest. It had diversity, it had logic. What I would have done a bit different was to distribute clues in another way (cutler and MasterB have a very efficient way of doing it) or to provide less details but more clues maybe...It was too easy until the 4th phase and then you hit the brick wall smashing your head . But on the other hand I don't really like quests where you have to be the first to win the prize. This way we all had the same chances (or almost since nothing can be perfect). Waiting forward for your new quests since now I know how your mind works and what to expect from you next time .

Wtb Archers

With tokens?
13. Ud, have you took a look at my papers? I have absolutely no skills with such things. For me will probably be as useful as a chocolate teapot.
14. Hmm...and who and how will get this? I am cynical about the idea. Why? Because almost 1 year ago certain someone deleted my papers cause he had an issue with what I was writing in them. What if the situation re-occurs?
15. This was my response that generated the above ranting. For Tarquinus first post check this link: http://magicduel.invisionzone.com/topic/6239-what-is-considered-sexually-explict/page__pid__52346__st__0&#entry52346 You Tarquinus are pissed cause you lost your toy and cause finally Mur has done something about the issue. You are a coward and a hypocrite. You never stated your opinion when the cyber sex topic was opened.
Why you would bother to play a game self-described as an RPG is an interesting question to me
I saw it played by someone. I liked it and I tried it. I didn't bothered to check how it was described. All I saw was fights, head contests, crits, rituals. Not a single RP thingy.
invalidates you as a judge of what differentiates good roleplay and bad, or of what is roleplay and what is not
So you say that if I am not a painter I should not state/have an opinion about a painting? You make me laugh.
And remember, if you will, the time when a decided majority of the community wanted to see YOU banned.
So? What is this? A threat? I have always been prepared for a ban because I was (and I still am) never afraid of taking risks and speaking my mind. You and others on the other hand...
You still bear that stigma, and I, for one, have not forgotten why.
This is the joke of the day . You have no idea what I did, how I did it and why I have the stigmata. Also, you should at least learn how to read that stigmata. You'd be amazed by the votes. And now...enjoy ranting . Please let one of the mods know when you're done so we can close it. Thank you
16. Not you Ailith. Others
17. I agree but with one amendment(which probably is obvious but i will still underline it):killing someone who fights for the same land as you will not give you a point.
18. I solved that puzzle but I cannot read the hint. I might have an issue to distinguish one letter from another since some can be more then 1...if you understand my point.

The Sisterhood

Why all our suggestions imply nudity? Or similar things?
20. The vp cap for mp3 has been set to 0. So they cannot go under. I think for the moment it's ok. We'll see how things will go in the future.

The Sisterhood

Bah! Burning bras is so last century! Burn Bob if you want to burn something! Or hang the bras on the tree! And then burn them Anyway, have you given a thought of a wet armor contest? The one that rusts the last wins? After all the sisterhood has as members some really good fighters. I doubt they go to war dressed in...bras and dresses... And if you want something really courageous...don't wax your legs for some weeks THAT should help you make a statement! (and to save some wax..)
22. Happy B-Day Metal Bunny!! May your fur be as fluffy as the fresh snow, your tail as short as a good holiday and your ears as long as err....<insert something nice and long here> May all your wished come true (no! not that one about me not solving any of your quests ) and all the usual bla bla!
23.
then i discovered that they could give negative value points and then i guess it got out of hand.
Yeah, right...like we are children and we will believe that...It was done on purpose and with specific target. A decision about those 2 players has been taken: they will remain in jail for 1 week. After that time, they need to send Grido or Akasha a PM to ask to be released. If they will hurt noobs again then they will go to jail and they will probably never be released.
24. Questions & Answers is a subsection dedicated to FAQ type of questions. Topics similar to your should go to Off topic or General. But you should know this by now since you're a mod, aren't you?
25.
Chewett, please remove your post. I want this to be as unbiased as possible from your part. I don't need you influencing the results.
Fenrir, do you ever think before posting? You try to prove him wrong but you don't allow him to state his opinion? Jesus! As for your question: You offered a reward for players that will find and report to YOU the hole in Mur's system of hiding crits. Again I ask: do you ever think before opening your mouth or typing?
