After applying all the rules stated in the first post, the situation is the below one: So we have 3 categories with more nominees that allowed. I don't know if we'll remove one from each or we'll let them compete. Also, there are other 2 categories with only 2 players nominated. Since neither me or Grido nominated anyone we might use this to complete the missing categories. LE: added Chew to Top Techie cause I missed his nomination. If I missed anyone else, please let me know. If you have suggestions, please share. LLE: Added No one for adventuring. Rophs nominated him but I thought he meant nobody :D. I got tricked by my own...name :D

Nimmy, I celebrate Christmas but I don't have half of those :D. Nor do I think I will get many of them...

1) I don't play a role. I am not a character. I don't rp and I hate rp-ers and rp-ing most of the time. I have A JOB. 2) I cannot care less of what you think of me (that I did bad or good or that I am rude or whatever). I only care when you accuse me of things I haven't done. And if you don't bring evidences (this is for you po! :D) then you're defo on my black list. 3) I don't expect rewards from anyone and especially not from you. I have achieved almost everything I wanted in MD. I am not looking for "spiritual rewards". I don't look for fame (although it came to me by itself). The only thing that is rewarding to me in MD at this point is information. And you Ack* have none to provide. Except the occasional trolling (see this whole thread). For some personal reasons I kept posting in this thread and I might post some more but to be honest this is just me killing time: you'll not understand anything from what I am and what I am saying and what I do and I will probably not bother carefully reading your post because they are chaotic (I cannot find a better word). As you see, I only answer few things: the ones I understand from your posts. And I think this thread is not the first time I say it. There are other few players which had (or have) a similar way of writing. Guess what? I never read them and sometimes that worked in their disadvantage. Oh well...tough luck.

I have been doing it for years because I am playing for years. Also, before Council there was only Mur to go to and you know how he is. So for me the only way of acting was to make that info public. And it works. Every time a thing goes public, it is solved one way or the other. So why should I stop using the method that actually produces results?

In 90% of the abuses/wrong stuff cases, I go directly to council. That is why you don't know for example that I reported Menhir for alts abuse. Or some other players for the same thing. Or rumi and darkraptor (mostly rumi - darkraptor was quite a collateral). Some were dealt with, some not. I didn't quite pursue the ones that didn't because they were at their first offense. But with others like fang, fenrir, phantom orchid, NO. They have been accusing me of all sorts of things IN PUBLIC. So I reply with in the same way. Eye for an eye. Then there is the "what did they do?" factor you or mallos raised at the beginning of this topic. mallos knows most of the stuff because they are buddies in crime but since few things are public he just plays the innocent card. So no, I will not hide the garbage under the carpet anymore. When it comes to certain players OR certain kinds of abuses (like cybering for example) expect to see things on forum.

You mean this? What do you mean by "minimize size of a council of punishment"? How do I choose SOME people to fully inform? What do you mean by "Have some people fully informed, and some people together capable of rebalancing the situation"? I don't understand the sentence if I add the second part. What do you mean by " Minimize the latter part"? What resources are you talking about? Define excess punishment. As I've said before: I DON'T understand your post at all. Enlighten me.

Btw: I tried reading your post but except the part where you say that what I did in the past doesn't matter, I have absolutely no clue what you are saying. The ideas are so vague and the references to points are hard to follow that I give up and I will not read it a second time.

Same as the stuff you did. No! EVERYTHING should be on the forum. We should have a transparent system and not me reporting all bad stuff to council and then you (general you) complaining that one person got jailed, banned, punished. There are TONS of stuff players did but none of them reached the public ears and people go by the idea that those person are nice and kind and bla bla.

I didn't say point 2 is fair or valid. Innocence has a forum account which he uses to troll and neg rep people and we all know that account. Him denying it has no effect in my eyes. Anyways, I think it's enough offtopic. If you deem necessary please split/delete/move/hide the "offtopic".

I've seen many of you nominated innocence for RP. I am sorry to say but he will NOT be taken into account for the votes. Not this year not never as long as I am organizing this (and even beyond if I will be able to). So if you want to nominate someone else, please do so.

I am for keeping it as well (plus Pipsticks was for keeping as many awards as possible if i understood it right) so we'll keep the fossil. Rules: -There will be 2 people counting votes and organising this. These people will not be able to be nominated, however they are able to vote. Champion Fighter For the person considered to be the best fighter in the realm, this does not necessarily have to be the strongest fighter in the realm, but the one that uses the combat system to the best effect. Fossil of the year For the player who has been around so long they have turned into a fossil. The player must be visibly active over the past year, and on the veterans list in game. Helper of the Year For the player deemed to have been the most helpful. This is open to any player, and is not restricted to LHOs. The area of helpfulness the player focusses on can vary, but due to the original focus of the award being to LHOs, it would be implied that the award is based on peoples helpfulness towards newer players. The voter should realise that even though they may not get on with, or have been helped by one of the nominees, this does not mean that the player is not indeed helpful. Most Addicted For the player who just can't leave MD for more than a minute without needing a fix. Most Popular Given to that most charismatic player who has attracted the largest and most consistent following. Not to be given to the most powerful or prestigious member of the realm, but rather the most well-loved. Outstanding Service to MD For the player thought to have done the most to contribute to MD over the year. This can be in any field. Pre-eminent Role Player For the player deemed to Role Play the best. The player does not have to stay in character all the time to win this award (though it may help), rather when they do role play it is to the highest standard - this does usually go in hand with remaining in character. Prime Quest For the player seen as creating the best quest over the past year. Just because a voter did not manage to complete the quest, does not mean it was a bad quest necessarily, the voter is asked to take this into account when voting. Rookie of the year For the player deemed to have made the most progress since they started their account. The player must have created their account since 1st November 2012 and have more than 20 AD at the time of voting. By progress it is meant a step towards a defined role or position (not necessarily official) within the realm, or integration within the community to a large degree. Top Techie For the person credited as creating the most popular MD-scripted event or script. All nominations should be made until Thursday 23:59:59 (ST).

I brought this up because then I get questions like: what did fang do wrong? (I don't think I need to link the other topic here). So I will try as much as possible to put such things on the forum rather than go to council (public or hidden).

There are plenty of people ho haven't received the Fossil. After all we have been doing this only for few years and that list is quite a big one.

Since you reached no valid conclusion, I will make one: we remove the protector, we don't add the villain and we keep the fossil and techie. Tomorrow morning I will open the thread where you can nominate players for the categories. If you have something to say about the categories, you still have until tomorrow when i arrive at the office and drink my coffee. We are behind the schedule already so I cannot let you linger.
