As of this date there have only been 3 people who have submitted, for a [b][u]total[/u][/b] of 15 descriptions, and only half, if that, of them would i think actually worth giving points. So i have added a poll to see what you think, should i reward anyway? Should i delay the deadline so that more people might send in submissions? or should i just cancel it all? Please vote Deadline was meant to be 1st December.

Just noticed on the announcement that lists the winners that it says ""....first [u][b]3[/b][/u] positions in each MP group..."" When there are actually 4 winners per MP, you (Mur) commented about the little things getting changed LE: whilst i'm at it on the ranking page, why are there 5 ‡'s? Rather than 4, 1 per place.

this isnt for nominating people....the hijack was to gain ideas as to what to have as awards, i think we kinda need to know what awards we're doing before we start nominating people for them

your idea would also lead to the players that do get unbalenced being completly screwed, cos they'd never be able to get honor

A couple people have said about this to me. If people want to use this thread to suggest different Awards then i'll try and sort something out. Can't think who the official big testers are atm, or if there are any. No idea what the definition of each would be Bored, or who ''qualifies'' for each group.

I made a suggestion in another thread somewhere about having a tick box on players PL's, the owner of the PL would mark the box, then the errr...'moderator' of the PL's would only be able to remove those ones. I dont think a 5ap (like removing friends from list) drop would stop removing all the negative comments on yourself. LE: Is there no other suggestions for the person to do it if ""Allow there to be a go to person with the editing ability for situations where you want something removed"" gets the most votes?

Forum mods being PL mods as well....the current forum mods i have faith in (yes, me in third person lol), but in the future there may be forum mods, who are good at forum modding, but might not be suitable for this. I have no objection to this one, so long as the community agree on who it is, that, or Mur chooses the person who he thinks fits the position best. I would be quite happy for it to be me, but equally happy if another person was chosen to do it. The way i know the game and how it works(and i think i know it fairly well now), I find it extremely unlikely that players will ever get the ability to edit [u]their own[/u] PL's. PL's are there for both good and bad comments about the player, and being able to delete comments on yourself, well, most people would just delete all the negative ones. Depends on the extent of the offensiveness, but for the more serious cases, i think there probably needs to be someone other than Mur to deal with it. This tends to lead to huge rant threads, as we've had recently. LE: As a note, it might be a good thing to put a time/date stamp on PL entries, so that it's known how recently/long ago it was written.

Known issue, brought up before but not 'fixed' yet, is wanted though. I'm annoyed to hear people are still doing that. Is there not a thing saying that you have to wait a certain amount of time before changing it again?

There's a minimum post requirement before you are able to vote, saves some spamming of votes, this can be overridded ofc, so if you want to vote on people, like dst said, pm Chewie

lol, awesome and i'd announce it when the papers come through and it's finalised lol can't say i ever have read that I really should, probably has some "By signing this you sell your soul to the devil" clause in it. I'm aware of that , but curtailing other peoples thoughts by putting all that in there is one of those "on the off-chance" things.

Be annoyed or frustrated all you want, it's just how it is, i'm 500 losses over wins as well, i only get about half players giving me pos honor. Suggestion; find those players that do give you pos honor, and remember their names.

That way game credits are clearly being specified and the people are happy they get some credits back. 8 - I can't think of a way to phrase it to allow you still to delete random accounts at will, but from what i know of you you're not likely to do something without a reason, so putting something like; "MagicDuel team may, at their discression, terminate any game account with or without notice, without disclosing a reason for doing so. Under circumstances of termination of the account, the user will have in all cases performed an action against the Rules or Terms of Service of the game. Under these circumstances any remaining time or services paid for will become null and void and any items on the character will be deleted. If an account is accidently deleted or removed, Magicduel is under no obligation to restore said account, Magicduel will however aim for such to happen." But then if you want the ability to remove accounts at will and without a reason, don't bother with this bit, otherwise i think it covers your other concerns over the clause. (If you're in a looney bin then you're not acting of a sound mind so the ToS would be overturned ) 10 - The worry the person has is that as it stands, it makes it out that Magicduel owns all rights to the material, and the player has none ""nothing on Magicduel may be used without written permission."" My suggestion would be to add something like; "In addition to this, any material produced for (but not sold to) Magicduel, belongs to the user (who produced said material) and can be used elsewhere at their discretion. Magicduel retains all rights to continue to use this material within the confines of the site." I'm just trying to cover any holes there are, to save difficulty in the future of whatever kind btw, Is MD officially LLC now, or just calling yourself it?
