The order met a minimum before, And previously both TK and SotIS didnt. All it is is the time period.

it has become crippled. This is unfair, we should treat it like the other two and just state that it does not follow the 3 member rule. There is no precedent for crippling it.

Could we complain about Murs alliance, that its not the fair application of the rules since there was no precedent?
The logic is that some alliances do not follow the rules, The TK's also do not follow the 3 member alliance rule. Again another one that was a precedent before this one.

Actually, the rule has existed for a long time, however it was never really formalized until recently when council did this.
Mur's alliance has been an exception to the rule longer, Or is it convenient to forget this?
