I have no intention of dethronening Jester, but also no intention of letting things go out of control.

Anyone wishing to become rebels should do so on their own. For the record, i manually placed Aysun and Pample as Necrovion rebels, but thats it. I am not convinced that my decision was enrirely fair (to apply a new rule retroactively) but its done. Consider it a favor if you like it better that way. Penalty points do jot mean a king will not benefit from my support, whoever that king is, untill his points run out. Also my support ends with the kingship and switches when king changes. However, if a king shows me disrespect or no intention of protecting his remaining penalty points, I will remove that king. You forget this is no democracy.

Jester gets minus one for recovering items lost. King items were transfered from pample back to the king.
He loses an other point for cummulated bad language and offenses against other players.

Two points left, I hope they will be well guarded and that they will vanish over time...or at least they wont get wasted over the same conflict.

yes small crimes, even if still crimes, can be ignored. It allows flexibility in a world that would otherwise permit punishing of all crimes. If i wanted cave entirely unavailable i would have removed it, instead i closed it, an left one person with access, that means in an unofficial way "shut up and be quite if you enter". what happened? first people go wild giving drachs and brag about it. Second, this incident, where a large amount of people were about to migrate there.

I do like it very much that your prices are variating depending on how fit an avy is for the buyer. That makes a lot more sense. If the prices are outrageous or not...well thats how markets work, if they are high nobody will buy them, and you will have to lower them.

I also appreciate they are in MD coins and not cash, otherwise it wouldn't be helping md at all it would just ruin it. Hopefully others will follow that too when selling md things for cash.

Do you really need to go behind words to pretend, either to "catch" someone, or to offend someone?
Rules are there for decency and common sense. It is also common sense that allows rules to be crossed and not taken always letter by letter.

For example the picture size is so that signature won't be too agressive and take too much display space. If you can't figure that out by yourself you have a big issue. Quotes the same, they are intended to avoid saying directly what one would want to say, it is a form of diplomacy, survive it.

If you need force to behave, fine, so be it.

Your case doesn't involve any exception, it can be handled by council or by public even.

There are no trials against me. period. Why? consider it part of my role specifications. MD is a mixture of good and bad decisions, this should remind you democracy is a luxury you don't actually have in here.


How i see things:

- You managed to keep decency while angry on me, thats good (others didn't), for this alone i will allow this "trial" to go on
- Your concerns are for YOU and at most a group of people but you don't seem to be concerned about you as a King too much
- You like to interpret words, MD is not RL, you will not manage to go around things by wording loopholes.
- You are ready to lose everything over this, makes me think how "much" you value what you have
- You twist evidence just to favor you, but you miss one fact..what you sis screams out load "WRONG"

To avoid unnecessary wishes..
AL will resume and when it will happen i will be the one writing it, or at least the one putting the main ideas for each 'page'.

It makes me sick to see the competition of "who gets in the AL". I cant trust anyone to objectively write it because the pressure from those that consider to be in AL as the absolute achievement is enormous. Consider the AL as the adventure orientated newslog.

Who gets on the AL? about 1% of the people that should, because you all should be there, but that will cause a huge mess and AL will turn into a pointless rant. AL follows a single path out of all that happens in MD, one path that i personaly consider at the time of writing that its important and brings chnages or underlines the "wireframe" behind md concept.

I will make sure to change my messenger and be totaly invisible next time i continue AL, to avoid favors or nice story presentations. The AL picks you and picks its stories, you dont get to "make" something for the al, its not a screen play and you are not actors.

Innermagic is the concept that drives md but also the concept that will be last visible. One day i plan to retire "Mur" and actualy play MD as one of its characters. As i see it now, its impossible to keep same name and still avoid getting involved in everything, so i will find a way later. Innermagic was supposed to be made by schools, not by a single person or by something implemented automaticaly in game. It might never happen. Stop waiting for things, take what already is. Factions, magic, all things that are "pending" wont get here faster if you wait for them. In fact as you know me and as i know myself, they might never come. I know for sure MD will evolve constantly one way or an other, and i have a good aim with its direction, regardless of the tools and way i use to reach that aim.


MD is what you see now, not what you wait to see for later. And now i stop before going really offtopic.

What you talk about lib i could call the identity of MD, that has to suffer indeed. Restoring MD identity is something i have as a priority but wont happen in the way you expect it to. One step is to make everything more automated and fix things that are now not fully working..

Rules are there for decency and common sense. It is also common sense that allows rules to be crossed and not taken always letter by letter.

For example the picture size is so that signature won't be too agressive and take too much display space. If you can't figure that out by yourself you have a big issue. Quotes the same, they are intended to avoid saying directly what one would want to say, it is a form of diplomacy, survive it.

If you need force to behave, fine, so be it.
