BLANk!! everything became dark....I jumped up and found myself in bed uhh!! it was a dream...and here is what i saw

I was about to suggest something, and I saw this to be the right place. I agree with items like memory, knowledge etc which cant be splitted, but items like water, branches, lumber etc can be quantified, they are measurable, so I feel it would be better if we could quantify it for example

Water - in litres (say player has 15 water and say 10 Water makes 1 litres and then it should become 1lit Water and 5Water (2 items). Similarly other items. I am just putting a possibility here.
Sand - In kg
Branch - In numbers

Another thing would be to globalize the item trade by setting up a Resource shop (similar to the armor shop), so that the collectors can dump in their collections and people can buy on their own (resources are to be consumed and hence trade is necessary) and the money goes to the treasury of the respective guilds. I know it requires a lot of effort but I would feel it is good and it will help the collectors too.

I would have no problem in chasing and get the items from other, the shop suggestion was pretty secondary :-) , but I would like to see some way to quantify the resources.
As a WaterDowser in my PoV....let me say...now we have glass, let us have some glass bottles with different quantities (1 lir, 2lit etc) and fill them and store it as a different item . Similarly for sand lets have sand bottles or sack...Its just a suggestion, there can be better ways.

I can't see how that outbids Rumi's offer, when you haven't stated which the tokens are, so we can't really evaluate them and set an estimate prize.
Thus, your Nuts is derogated at 3gc. It's up to you to change the price... or not

As we stated in the updated rules since the last Auction, we determine the prize.

Any "assumptions" from bidder's side can only lead to unwanted results, especially if made in public. We risk our Auctions to serve as referrals in future trades or similar situations. And I am not sure this is the right thing to do, since this isn't a direct trade. We are talking about unique art items here.

I am really struggling to make the rules more clear every time, so please, if anyone has questions, first come to us before going on with public conversations like this. First, this turns as spam in the topic, and second, you risk your bid to be derogated on purpose.

You completely misunderstood my post. I was not speaking about the creator of this topic. I was speaking of all of these topics in general. Within the last few months we have had way too many of these for my tastes. Although this sites forums are not as bad as another games that I play, I would much rather see the forums not go down that road.

You know something? Flame topics, like these, are why I hardly ever take the time to read anything on the forums. In my opinion, if someone has a problem with something someone else is doing, they should first speak to that person in private before bringing it up in a forum topic. Then, if that conversation does not do anything, speak to other players in private and get their opinions on the issue. If enough players agree with you and feel it is a problem, then you should proceed to open up a topic like this. Otherwise, please keep it off the forums. The only thing you people are doing, are making the forums worse for those of us that want to actually enjoy our time, not only in game, but also while on the forums.
