6. Initially I voted No, but after reading all the stuff I changed my mind. I belive the avatar is a personal representation of your character in MD. It shows dedication to the game and isnt something you can take lightly; if you value it, I think you should be willing to pay a small price for it. 1 credit per month coming off your current balance is worth it. It makes it all the more valuable. It shouldnt be some willy-nilly thing that any new player can get. On the other hand, for some players in various countries outside Europe and the US buying credits is somewhat expensive. Consider the economic climate now, and consider players who would want one, but due to recession and a general tightening of wallets maybe put off altogether getting one; thinking that in order to move up in MD, you need to be rich; which is not a image you want to convey about the game. It really is a toughie, no doubt about that. I think before you set a hard and fast rule about who keeps avatars and who doesnt think about how long they have played, their current role in the game and how long they have kept the avatar. As another user said (sorry I forgot which one) you dont want to see some noob running around with Khalazdad's Avy or Ome's; and if for some reason I decide to take a hiatus I dont want to see a noob running around with mine (that is when I get one) I think RPC's and PWR can keep theirs till infinitum. Everyone else pays 1 credit per 2 months off their current balance and can loose it after 6 months sans logging in.
 7. well lets say if he does make it down the list of the 50 odd sisters then what?.. We have guardians...I think this is something for them to deal with

Loreroot is the place I like most in MD, and I would like to be more active in it's protection and in the growth of it's forest.
Greetings xPo your request to join the alliance is being considered
 10. I found the site on a gaming forum, from other members that have been playing and were talking about. With regards to the two links on Facebook, the second one is run by a current player - Dark Ruler ( I hope he doesnt kick my butt now for outing him ) I was looking a game similar to Md... and googled: FREE MMORPG TEXTBASED UNIQUE still havent found something similiar to MD 8)
 11. *grin* very few people actually get that... I do try my best to live up to it!! :D

 12. hmmm so according to the link, the numerology involved in this diagram is quite significant. The first mention of binary numbers and its relative value to the elements. Of course due to the nature of this game and the puzzle, not many folk would have been able to solve Beserkers Puzzle, had it been laid out in true chinese fashion. However since numerals play an important part in solving the puzzle, and seeing (as I've learnt) that nothing is random; is it possible that the numbers that were required to be punched in in the device, were to be "translated" to binary might lead to a clue/answer to the disappearance of the statue in the park?
# 易 (yì), while as a verb it implies “to change“ or 'to exchange/substitute one thing for another'. # 經 (jīng) here means “classic (text)”, derived from its original meaning of “regularity” or “persistency”, implying that the text describes the Ultimate Way which will not change throughout the flow of time.
If the puzzle is a Yi-jing based diagram, then we could say that soul(s) trapped inside are there because the owner(s) have substituted or exchanged them for something else? Power perhaps? And seeing that it is the "first quest" we solve it could suggest that although we take various paths on the quest, our ultimate path (to whatever, whereever) will remain the same?
 13. I came across this while researching some stuff...It looks quite similar to what i had drawn while solving the Beserker puzzle.... Any comments? Ideas? Translations?
 14. Firsan makes an announcement ( and an important one at that) and everyone gets all agro :aggressive: Like fresh meat to a pack of hounds...savage.... Firsan gets :good: :good: from me for stepping up to the challenge - instead of backing down and well then the same people that were complaining here will be bitching about something else.
 15.
When using some of the larger page items press F11 and this will activate full screen mode on (most?) browsers then it will make it fullscreen and you will be able to use these features F11 will return the screen to its normal state. I have to do this with my netbook and its annoying but usable
Thanks
 16. Hello Ive seen another posting concerning scrolling problems but was unable to determine if the problem was the same as mine as i couldnt open the pic. (it said something along the lines of :sorry you are not registered to use this feature) Anyway whenever I try to edit documents, or read my papers i'm unable to scroll up or down, left or right. I'm not sure if it has anything to do with the size of screen (I'm using an Asus Eee pc so the laptop screen is around 8"); but ive never had this problem with anyother website. I installed Flash player 10, thinking it could help, and no luck and Its the same problem whether i use, FF or IE. Refreshing the screen doesnt help either. ive included some screen shots if it helps .... Oh and if it is screen size is there another browser i can use that can help me? Kind regards Shar.
