I'm not entirely sure where you're getting at either... Mur states that it's not punishable officially, though clearly states "individual authorities may use their abilities as fit" and then goes on to even suggest getting the judges involved, as they're individual authorities. The quote of his I show also states "I say keep an open mind and avoid comparison to RL regarding this...give it a chance for a new judging without poluting it by existing RL situations" which is exactly the opposite of what is happening now - Hell! Chew's even made an Archives topic comparing the RL and MD! You say comparing the two is incorrect yet they are alike in many ways - something happened to a player that they saw unjust, they spoke up, the public gave their pros and cons and then a judgement happened. Why is that not be the case here? As I stated in both topics: Why do they have the abilities and why are/should they be different to the current rulers (who have a significantly weaker version) I'd like a judgement based upon Azull's summoning. Considering it has been done before, by Syrian on other players, it wouldn't surprise me if anyone else wished to contest it as well (as people have already shown disliking to the actions already) It really isn't all that hard to understand...is it? Edit: Perhaps I'm being dumb and missing the point or not putting mine across correctly, but I honestly don't see it...

Um, I haven't said I see it as abuse (find the point where I said they had)? I said "abuse" as I was comparing Nad's with situation to this, as they're largely similar. Nad used his tool given to him, with no real laws laid out, and yet had a restriction on use put on him. Azull/Sy are doing the same but with their Bring in spells. --- My point to the previous topic was to find out why they had a large about of casts of an admin spell (that can someone anyone from anywhere) rather than a citizen/flag based spell like the other kings and ex-rulers that received it. Perhaps I should have put "spell casts" rather than just spells, but I assumed it obvious. I did ask for a judgement and then put what my personal preference would have been. You said you were happy to give a list so I went with it - as I said, better something than nothing. --- Also, in relation to both this and Chew's post on the Archives:

Seems hypocritical to suddenly state you can't make judgements on situations like this yet have only just done so on another topic...

Following my last topic on this subject, and the obvious agreement from some, I'd like to kindly request for an official judgement on the Nomad's 'Bring in' spells. I'd personally like to see some form of usage rules implemented, rather than complete removal of the spell. I'd also like to ask for myself and Mallos to be removed from NC, as there is no possible route for use to escape aside dying reviving, and we were dragged in unwillingly. @dst @Burns -A

After being summoned to Necro twice by Azull, I thought I'd ask; Why do Syrian and Azull have bring-in? This isn't the first time they've used their Bring-ins on people outside of their nomad group either (they're using Lashtal as their free murder machine). Considering this spell is given to rulers and only for their citizens, why do two ex-rulers have 20 casts of the spell and why does it work for anyone? Ok, so it may be given as a gift for ruling, doing well, etc, etc, but the spell should only work on those with the nomad flag. They have no rulership and no actual citizens...so I don't understand why they'd still be allowed to have it and such free reign with it? If they're going to have it, at least put some restrictions on it...

Yeah, unfortunately, Rider is right for once. You can't just make 3 heat stones out of 1. But, creating heat to fusion is extremely easy (hell, I won a heat dumping tourney when I was less than 100 days old :P) it just takes some time and thought into the best way that suits you.
