July 24, 20187 yr comment_180277 I used today a stone tablet in order to test its functionality. The below was the outcome: dst enchanted a Stone Tablet into a Lockinchaos stone I've checked all my Lockinchos stones looking for a difference in them in order to spot the new one who was supposed to act differently. I was unable to find any...nor was I able to find a different item in case the message in the chat was wrong. On the other hand, there was no clear announcement (even on the forum) that the tablets are functional per se. So this may not be a bug after all but an incomplete feature. Report
July 24, 20187 yr comment_180278 uh, not that I ever tested those, but weren't they supposed to be so that users with less than 5 casts (considering 5 out of 8 as normal) of a spell could enchant their spell onto the tablet, the use would be the same as regular spell stones Report
July 24, 20187 yr comment_180279 I can second what Mallos said, the main use of spell tablets is to allow a user to stone level 1 basic spells at less than 5 casts. Report

July 24, 20187 yr comment_180281 Stone tablets are made by combining many memory stones. I've been told that their intended use is indeed making normal stones out of lower-cast spells. I do believe Blackshade has used them before, and could offer you more information, Chew. Report

If these will remain with the current functionality, i don't know yet, maybe. It takes 3 days to produce such a tablet and a stack of at least 20 Memory stones. Report

The only info that I was able to find about the "functionality" is the below: Quote 1 stone tablet records all casts and spells of that player Up too 20x3 (I think 3 is the standard number of casts in a memory stone)- the tablets name then changes to the "Player's name' Tablet" From here. First thing that I noticed is that the tablet is turned into a stone. Which imo is defo not supposed to happen. How I interpreted the above is: a stone tablet is able to store "all" casts of a spell. Which makes sense because you need 20 memory stones to produce one. Report
