aaront222 Posted June 24, 2010 Report Posted June 24, 2010 Which would you normally prefer under normal circumstance.... eating a cupcake or muffin? Fenrir Greycloth and SageWoman 1 1
pamplemousse Posted June 24, 2010 Report Posted June 24, 2010 Cupcakes are, by far, the superior confection. In fact, I don't even know if you could call a muffin "a confection" as they are dry, tasteless and boring, just like those that make them. Sparrhawk and aaront222 1 1
aaront222 Posted June 24, 2010 Author Report Posted June 24, 2010 You have never tasted chocolate muffins with chocolate chips before then have you?
adiomino Posted June 24, 2010 Report Posted June 24, 2010 Muffins can be delicious! Open up your food palette pample x) Cuz this pup knows where to get some moist blueberry muffins that are huuge x) Yum. But waiit... cupcakes still win. i guess pamples right aaront222 and Sparrhawk 1 1
aaront222 Posted June 24, 2010 Author Report Posted June 24, 2010 Cupcakes are dry and the icing takes away the "flavor" MUFINZ!!!
Yoshi Posted June 24, 2010 Report Posted June 24, 2010 You can't compare these two. They are both on different planes of exsitance. It also depends on specifics, Vanilla cupcakes win overall, but chocolate cupcakes get beat by chocolate chip muffins... Sparrhawk and aaront222 1 1
Darigan Posted June 24, 2010 Report Posted June 24, 2010 Yoshi is right you can't compare the two a better comparison would be muffins to cookies Sparrhawk and aaront222 1 1
Grido Posted June 24, 2010 Report Posted June 24, 2010 i say muffins, they tend to be bigger so they last longer aaront222 and Sparrhawk 1 1
CrazyMike Posted June 24, 2010 Report Posted June 24, 2010 Banana Chocolate Muffin! Yummy! Sparrhawk and aaront222 1 1
Mya Celestia Posted June 24, 2010 Report Posted June 24, 2010 So many varieties of muffins. Cupcakes are rather narrow. You can be really creative with muffins. Sparrhawk and aaront222 1 1
Pipstickz Posted June 24, 2010 Report Posted June 24, 2010 (edited) It totally depends on what you feel like at the time of...eating. If I want something really sweet that might make me want to go throw up, sure I'll eat a cupcake. Otherwise it's muffins, even though I don't eat those much either...I don't know why, but I've always hated fruit chunks in things...yogurt, muffins, cookies, pies, jello, smoothies, etc...especially coconut...I have never eaten coconut and not gagged on it D: So yeah >> PS: There's already a "null vote" button, there's no point in having it as an option.
Actually i like having it as an option because you can see how many people have voted. There may be a few votes for each, but the majority may have voted cant decide, and you wouldnt know because they nulled the votes. aaront222 1
Sharazhad Posted June 24, 2010 Report Posted June 24, 2010 I love muffins!! Chocolate chip, Blueberry, Lemon Poppyseed, Bran muffins , carrot cake muffins... I could go on and on and on.... They're bigger, tastier and not as dry as cupcakes. Cupcakes are a like a kiddie version of muffins. Sparrhawk and aaront222 1 1
Firsanthalas Posted June 24, 2010 Report Posted June 24, 2010 Lets face it. Muffins are much more fun, bigger and tasty. And you can put things in them, like whole cherries or big pieces of chocolate, or little pieces or soft centers. You can even cover them with icing! Sparrhawk and aaront222 1 1
dst Posted June 24, 2010 Report Posted June 24, 2010 Neither. They both make you fat! Sparrhawk and aaront222 1 1
Firsanthalas Posted June 24, 2010 Report Posted June 24, 2010 Contrary to popular belief, eating muffins does not make you fat. Eating muffins and not exercising however, is another story. Yes, the key to eating muffins and keeping your shape, is to walk or run around a lot after you have eaten a muffin or three. Then reward yourself for all that exercise with a muffin. Sparrhawk and aaront222 1 1
dst Posted June 24, 2010 Report Posted June 24, 2010 Contrary to popular belief, if you eat and then exercise you have a good chance of losing your meal in a nasty way. Besides....eating makes me sleepy. aaront222 and Kyphis the Bard 2
Firsanthalas Posted June 24, 2010 Report Posted June 24, 2010 Eat in bed then Then get some exercise. Sparrhawk, aaront222 and apophys 2 1
Prince Marvolo Posted June 24, 2010 Report Posted June 24, 2010 You could also hang a muffin on the top of a tree, so you first need to reach it before eating it. That way, you exercise AND get a muffin for it Jubaris, Sparrhawk, aaront222 and 1 other 1 3
SageWoman Posted June 24, 2010 Report Posted June 24, 2010
You could also hang a muffin on the top of a tree, so you first need to reach it before eating it. One might be able to sneak past the Goatman to hand the muffin, but will he let you back down? Oh, you mean any tree BUT Bob? adiomino, aaront222 and Sparrhawk 2 1
Burns Posted June 24, 2010 Report Posted June 24, 2010 I think the Oak or the Cursed Oak would do quite fine, Ravenhold is too easy... I'd go for the cursed one, more fun to crawl around there, the likelihood to hit some sharp rocks in case you fail is way higher, therefore more tension, and therefore more exercise > Sparrhawk and aaront222 1 1
pamplemousse Posted June 24, 2010 Report Posted June 24, 2010
Lets face it. Muffins are much more fun, bigger and tasty. And you can put things in them, like whole cherries or big pieces of chocolate, or little pieces or soft centers. You can even cover them with icing!
I'll have you know I put things in my cupcakes, too. Like...a stick of butter and mini candy bars. If I am going to eat something unhealthy, it is going to be really unhealthy. Muffins are just candy masquerading as health food. Cupcakes pull no punches. And so the debate rages on. aaront222, Sparrhawk and Kyphis the Bard 2 1
Sparrhawk Posted June 24, 2010 Report Posted June 24, 2010 Mini marshmellows go with cupcakes but not with muffins thus the cupcake is vastly superior! aaront222 and Yoshi 1 1
