Fyrd Argentus Posted June 12, 2011 Author Report Share Posted June 12, 2011 Because I said 72 hours to close the bid, and the last bid was less than a 1% increase in the last 6 hours - only serving to delay the closing - I am now adding the stipulation that I will no longer entertain bid increases of less than 5% of the existing bid.
