As many of you might know, I'm not much of a people person (which is an understatement) and I have never been able to work well with a certain type of people (the ones who weren't able to look past my social "awkwardness"(let's call it that) and see me for who I am). Upon returning from my long absence, I found that most people left in Necrovion were the ones who wouldn't be happy to work with me, interact with me, or even spend long(ish) periods of time in the same scene as me, and most importantly, who don't have the same views of what Necrovion should be as me... (And some of them are people who I don't really like much... Yeah... Sue me. ) Now, I could have stayed, playing the rebell, and wasting my energy on trying to mold Necrovion into my personal view of how it should be from the outside, but I feel that it isn't worth it. Not because I don't feel that strongly about being a part of Necrovion, but because I know I'd ultimately fail. (And this isn't just about ingame things, it's also about my private life, which is a mess right now, and lack of time I'd have available to devote to doing anything MD related). I will still be willing to talk about Necrovion related things, and if anybody wants to know about Necrovion from my point of view, or about things I've researched about it, they can still ask me. (I might not tell you everything, but in most cases I'll try to point you in the right direction) I just thought it would be good to clear things up, and to avoid questions...

You can either track Ravenstrider down and try to do an interview with him somewhere in the realm, or I can issue a statement about things that happened from a non-Ravenstrider point of view (with a lot less insanity and donkey jokes and a bit more truth). Or we could try both an ooc interview and an ic interview, then you can combine the two. Of course, if you're still interested. I think that the second or third option would be best due to the OOC nature of the "first" rebellion, but it's your call.

a) I am still a citizen of Necrovion b) I tried to fight the things that lead to this situation in the first place... If you think that was treason, good for you... c) I wasn't a part of the first "rebellion"... I helped quench that one, if I remember correctly. Also: Necrovions downfall started long before the rebels... And in it's core was stagnation and inactivity... do your research before you jump to conclusions. Also: My role in both the realm and in Necrovion was one that required me to insult people... Should the fact that they have some kind of an official position spare them that? I don't think so.

Still a citizen... And still a rebel... Though who I'm rebelling against is beyond me... Probably was the first time around... Nothing is over until the fat lady sings... And I haven't heard Azull sing yet, so... Thish ain't over yet, shony!

All in favor of Firs joining Necrovion and then rebelling say Aye! I need a Che to my Castro... or a Raul... Firs strikes me more as a Raul fellow, I think. On the case at hand: Why couldn't Jester be a citizen of a different land? The game mechanics make it possible without loosing kingship, so I believe it's not on us to judge what the Mighty Mur hath made possible... Alelujah! There's a common answer to the question "Why did you do that?" in my country and it goes: "So Fools may wonder..." I believe this is a good answer to the question why Jester might have done this...

May I ask that everything that Lorerootians say in my gloating topic be stricken? And can Jester wear your French maid costume when he packs the cookies, Mur?

I left the admin position. It was because I don't feel the urge to help MD anymore. I didn't do this because I wanted rewards, or recognition or anything else. I did it for fun and because I liked the prospect of helping... Also: Clarification on the mood panel post- The 10gc one. I received that as a prize from Mur for second place in the BHC and I gave it back because of a comment he made when he gave it. It has no connection to me leaving the position, except for killing a bit of the desire to help MD... It was just the last bit of that desire. I apologize to BFH for doing this on such a short notice and I apologize to everyone who liked my tweets. (well, not many of those, I suppose ) Regards.
