I see heat is useful for many purposes but I have a hard time gaining it, how can I get more heat quickly?

I made all this effort and infiltrated it, and now I don't know what to do next!

I saw some players casting spells in chat! How do I use spells?

I keep winning fights, but my honor only goes down. How do I gain more honor? And what happens if my honor gets too low?

I'm hitting this idling guy, and killing his ritual. Why do I still seeing the same creatures in the next battle? How come he doesn't have to heal them back?
