There is no way to enforce rules upon players. Moreover, since this is a community project, you'll not gain specific spells/items to maintain it. Yes, at the beginning they were such things but they got abused so they were removed. And even with spells/items you still can't force a player to do/not to do a thing (remember GGG and phantasm's item).

I, personally, would do something like this: I would award 1WP/year BUT I would not make this automated. Remember how we got our veterans' medal? I would do the same: for 1 week (or <insert time period here>) I would award 1 WP for age if that player would be there and the others would have nothing against the WP giving. And I would do this every year. If you are there good. If not...that's your problem.

Try using a different format for the file (png for example). If I remember correctly GIFs are not allowed.

You can find them in your creatures' page. Don't look for them in any other place because you will not find them. And if you do find them then they should NOT be there.

Just a small correction if I may: you say that the decision was made with Mur's knowledge. In my experience I've learned that Mur knowing certain stuff doesn't mean he approves that stuff. And probably I'm the best example... So imo the argument "Mur knows" is kind of useless. No offense.

LE:I never said UG is neutral.Yes, it doesn't have more then 2-3 individuals and I intend to keep it like this unless I find players that suit my needs (but this isn't anyone's business). Leadership? @Darigan: if citizens will be allowed to take part then I will ask for a citizenship granting item so I can have also players in UG. Pretty selfish reason but since UG is part of TC I demand the same opportunities and rights. I don't want to have citizens in UG because of UG's "special" characteristic but on the other hand I can't just sit and look how I can't defend my land.

@Firs: mp3s and mp4s that are NOT in alliances/guilds.

The negative amount it's not quite an error if you ask me. Take it a loan if you like. But I agree that there should be some info on the page.

For issues related to credits I suggest you contact Mur (or the newly appointed staff). I have seen negative credits just once: when some of the players abused the credit codes which were given free on an advertising site but back then Mur announced that he has punished them. Good luck!

Doing it again is not possible anymore. Find a new way so we can block that path also. You know...it started to be fun being on the other side. Let's see what method they can come up with and what we can do to stop them. It's a game of cat and mouse right now. So...enjoy it!

I will try although all i can tell you are speculations. From what I know, Mur is a bit lazy (sorry Mur ) when it comes to approving avatars (I heard people waiting for more then a week). Also. I know for a fact that every time he denies an avatar (i don't think he would do otherwise for items) he usually writes a small explanation about what's wrong with it. So, my guess is...your pics are still in pending...
