Somebody dressed up a knator with big ears and a cotton-ball tail, and trained him to take around Easter eggs.  He emerges from his hiding place at the top of the hour and takes a specific route, dropping an egg a minute until restarting the circuit (he zips through the labyrinth in a flash and jumps walls, but avoids indoors and scary places like NC).  Spot the knator’s nests to get eggs.  Spot The Easter Knator himself and get better ones!

Length: April 15 (anniversary festival day 2) for one week

Difficulty: Easy to get a few eggs, harder to track the knator to all sites.

Starting Location: Get daily basket @ 3_1x1_1 (Labyrinth entrance in MDA territory).

Requirements: None, but access to LR and GG needed to get all eggs.

Rewards: Melty chocolate eggs and blue candy peeps left hourly in each nest are sugar bombs, to continue the hunt.  Each site at which you spot the knator wins you a colored Easter egg, which can be traded for more stable cake and candy with -- see the Muffin Man (at the hut north of Wind's Sanctuary).  He’ll keep track and if you have spotted the knator in all 60 sites, he’ll give you a wish point.  If you don’t finish in time, you can continue next year!

We have also heard rumours that some plushie merchants will consider also trading these coloured eggs for plushies! Keep your eggs until the end of the event if you wish to trade them in for plushies (at a one to one rate).

I think Ledah is the first actually  At least according to the WP log.

Impressive as always... Ledah did it in under 4 hours.

It would have been quicker but I got distracted...! Was good fun... found 65 so far.

Due to the difficulty in getting the bunny ears back on the Knator, this year's Easter Egg Hunt is delay until after the opening of the 19th Anniversary celebrations.  The hunt will last one week April 15-21 (OFF on the 22nd).

If you won the WP last year, you can't get that again, but the blue peeps will still be available, and easter eggs collected will again be equivalent to plushies -- and will be exchangeable for other prizes TBA.

To claim an additional prize, you must post here a screen-shot showing possession of at least 60 Easter Eggs, and name which prize you want from the list below.  First come, first served.  This gives a slight advantage to those who have done this before (their eggs were taken for plushies, but they have knowledge), but then they can't get a WP.  Make sure to screenshot before the contest ends - who knows when they will be converted to plushies.

Winderwild Egg, 100+ days old, 1000 shards attached (at least 5 available).
Checkered Easter Hunt Egg (after Stava, Invie, and a recount)
A spell stone (3 casts I believe) of either Invisibility, Locate, Storm, or Give Vital.  Possibly others by negotiation.

PS. {Clarification} The Muffin Man is still how you get the WP if you are eligible, but he has been sacked in his role as Easter Egg purchaser for goods, that he had last year.
PPS. You must collect the eggs yourself, not trade for them.  We have ways of knowing....
