The People VS Muratus Del Mur

As per the restrictions tab in-game and common law and/or common code of conduct considered amongst in game of Magic Duel Adventures, the following has been broken to a severe degree and overlooked and allowed.

Spamming, Being offensive and or harassment ( both in this case), Out of realm info to harass ( that lead to feelings of unsafe and mental distress). Foul and suggestive language, Abuse of "SHUTUP" and the like spells, Harassment and insults, Faked quoting 'Mur' and 'Chewett'. Clear ALT abuse even if to allow a second chance within MD, in this case multiple chances with multiple main acc, and alt.s  The respect and honor of others cast aside seemingly in complete disregard. Threats to others "Out of character" Not to be considered as "Role Play" by any stretch of the imagination.

Ledah, Chewett, Sir Blut, Death Ray, Redneck, Aia, And all others active in prior years of today to which do not include Muratus Del Mur.

VS Muratus Del Mur

I am quite uninformed as to the case in question - I cannot yet believe that Muratus del Mur, or Mur, as to which I shall henceforth refer, were guilty of the above without evidence provided.

Is there a possibility of mistaken identity? It doth seem quite odd that Mur would falsely quote Mur.

The case presented is not of Muratus Del Mur committing these actions, however, I feel he should be held responsible. It is his allowance and oversight. He allowed, for way to long a tyrant to run lose. I know he jailed this tyrant, but it wasn't but a month or two... and this tyrant was released. When the law maker no longer upholds the law, he is in contempt and liable. "The People" of this case bear witness to and are victim's. My understanding of Mur is if you do wrong you are to be punished in an appropriate manner. If a repeat offender the punishment progressively gets worse. Time after, time after TIME! A dear friend of mine, I had to stand idlily by, to be witness to the abuse thrown his way. Mur's right-hand man at that. Perhaps Mur has lost his way?

Along with several others, Alilith, she use to show up from time to time. This was a happy place for her, she shared many good days (understand Good Days) and times with us. Buy Mur's doings with this tyrant That womans vision of MD was destroyed. Along with whatever peace she had here with such a person allowed to continue to run amuck. Now reflect a bit here... and understand the diversities of each person involved here. Not everyone will stay when they are mistreated. Not everyone can handle the abusive nature of this tyrant Mur has showed a great deal of favor too. And what does that show of Murs character to us possibly? With this tyrant around I AM ashamed to be seen here. And that's sad, I truly love what we have here, WE are still building and creating. Magic Duel Adventures is a work of art! Priceless! Just to have one single person defecate all over it. There are a few people no longer with us today all due to this tyrant. Genuine people with seemingly the purest of hearts, ran straight out. Mur knows full well what his actions have done to our community. Can't even properly RP without someone coming along and spamming "SHUTUP" and other such spells, Now I am ok with a few swear words here and there, if and when it is appropriate. But to use them to do others harm is Not ok. Not in the manner this tyrant did. The whole damn community tried to help this tyrant. We had the tyrant locked down in the private room at Sage Keep. Shortly after all was ok for a few days after the tyrants release. But yet again back to his terrible ways. Came a time the tyrant came back with a new account. Things seemed well, but that didn't last very long.

Look we all know what this tyrant has done and continued to do. But how do you continue to look up to your idol when it appears he cosigns for criminals? Is it now ok for us all to do as the tyrant does? I'm by no means a saint, but I have grown up, we all have, together. We have created a history for ourselves here. I see everyone here as near and dear as family. And Mur lets one bad apple ruin the family.

Now I'm in general upset, Real world upset.

Ah, I believe I understand now - I am indeed mistaken as to the title and my understanding of it.

We all make judgments we must change; I believe Mur has already changed of his judgment in this matter also.

This .."case" , was posted after i already decided on this matter, a day earlier. I see no names where used, so i assume its because of waiting for Aia's call on this.

Announced or not, i believe justice has been served.

I did not see him as a tyrant of any sort, i guess he changed dramatically since i las updated my view on the subject.. indeed my mistake.

Mur you were brought to court, you are being sued. No one sues before an accident... Evern if for just an apology. You are the one in control of this realm, and you let a tyrant run amuck. The Admin.s and any other authority under your control couldn't maintain the situation. When this person first treated your administrator's in the manner they did, you should have right then stopped it and made your current Judgement. But we all know your ways of handling things. We all backed you and the other admin.s decision for ample opportunity for corrective action.

You being a judge. Right?

Say a judge from your local area keeps releasing a known criminal. And this known criminal repeatedly does the exact same thing he was previously punished for. But the judge continues to release this habitual offender over and over without any repercussions or corrective actions showing some sort of results.

Point is there's another point of view of this all. A different understanding. "Can't see the forest for the trees" if you will.

But, maybe I have no rights to present a case against you. Maybe no one cares. Perhaps now that it's all said and done... no one cares. If I didn't care about my pets, I wouldn't own them. Much the same... If we didn't care about MD we wouldn't be here doing what we do.

I don’t see value in this.

Mur acted and we have moved on.

Let sleeping dogs lie DR.

Perhaps we should discuss a settlement.

Dear Death Ray, I do not know who you are speaking about in the case above, but as the person who used to be Ailith, I confirm my personal view of MD will never be destroyed.

It took MD and certain people in it to make me realise I had been in a debilitating deep depression for 40 odd years. I have now finally been able to recover.

I don’t know all the bad things people have done to me (in MD or outside of it), and I genuinely don’t care. I forgive them. 

I will say this in response to what you said here, whatever Mur has done or allowed – and again - I DO NOT CARE WHO HAS DONE WHAT - I forgive.

Because without MD and Mur I would genuinely not be here now. And I am grateful for that because I am in a very, very happy place.
