I think the easiest thing right now is to keep everything as it was initially announced. For the next year I will make sure to contact you, Mur, beforehands and discuss possible sponsorship. Also, because this is my first lottery, after it is done, I ask everyone who participated and feels like giving some feedback to post in this topic your suggestions and we will consider them for the next year.

thanks a lot Mur. It cannot happen with current rules that somebody wins shade twice but if you want to sponsor a shade in any case we can change the rules so that I keep on drawing until somebody will get a main prize.

To clarify the possible misunderstanding: I will not do the drawing until somebody gets the first prize, I will only do it once or twice (as described higher).

1) if someone wins a shade in first roll there will be no second. 2) you still win because your numbers are in correct order and next to each other. 3) I will we at GoE every day except Sunday and Monday starting 22 ST unless some emergency happens. Dear MD-ers! Tiny men are busy as hell and Santa is undusting his cloak. Christmas is already in front of our doors and New Year is coming very soon! Treasure Keepers want to contribute to overall festive mood by announcing a New Year Lottery 2016! Lottery tickets, which you can by from me (Time Patrol) in game for 2 sc each will contain 4 random generated numbers (I will make sure that there will be no doubles). You can buy as many tickets as you want to! The lottery will take place at Gazebo of Equilibrium at January 1. 2016 at 22 ST. If you got a lucky ticket you might get following prizes: 4 correct digits - a Shade! 3 correct digits - an aged reindrach! 2 correct digits - a Sharptear! It is obvious that the numbers need to be in correct order and next to each other (next to each other means if winning combination is 1234 you got a ticket 1284 you will NOT get a reindrach but a sharp, if you get a ticket 1238 or 8123 you will get a reindrach). But if you would get a ticket with all 4 correct numbers but in different order, we might get you some consolation prize ;) For those who could not be present at the draw I will post the combination on forum so that they can check later. The procedure is simple: I will roll a 1 digit die 4 times for a winning combination. If nobody gets the first prize with this combination I will roll again. Second and third prizes can be obtained from both winning combinations but only once per ticket! Treasure Keepers wish you good luck and happy holidays! Dear MDers, especially Questmakers, In a recent private discussion, I found out that apparrently questmakers forgot (never knew of) the fact that the alliance Treasure Keepers was created to support you, if you are in need of rewards for your quests. The aim of this post is to remind you of this fact. In order to request a sponsorship, we ask you to send us a forum pm (preferably) or find us in game. Currently I have very limited RL time for playing MD fully as I did before, but I will always reply for your sponsorship requests if you write me here in forum and will try to keep Time Patrol idling at GoE. Please take into consideration the following> to get the sponsorship you will have to provide us with some information about your quest> type of quest, short description, date of beginning, rewards you would wish to have for this quest (preferably with some reasoning..why do you think specifically these rewards will be suitable), rewards you already have for this quest from other sources. You will have to take into consideration the following> - We do not guarantee sponsorship. We will consider all pros and cons and make a decision to sponsor or not - We might ask for additional information - the decision might take a few days, so please, contact us beforehands and not on the day you want to start your quest - We might propose you different rewards from what you requested. - sponsorships available are mostly coins and creatures, but we might also find something special for you in the dark corners of the treasury if we find your idea extremely good. The aspect of rejection that you might try to emphasize is not bothering me either, since I know that there are millions of people around denying any supreme power. So no, not offensive.

Creativity in my oppinion consists of two components. The first part is the one you mentioned - thinking outside of the box. The second one is practical implementation of the idea born in a creative mind. Practical implementation itself often brings so much troubles and problems unseen to ones eye, that the original idea has to be flexibly changed and adapted many times to actually be embodied and bring result. This practical aspect becomes obvious if we think about the broader meaning of english word create - to cause to exist, produce, bring into being (http://www.thefreedictionary.com/create). Now the second question> for assessment of creativity there are number of old and well known tools like Torrance test of creative thinking. But one can actually answer this question to him/herself thinking retrospectively and asking him/herself how did I act in a situation that doesn't have a standard solution? Do standard solutions, if they are available always satisfy me or am I looking for more? Is there anything that I actually created? Did I enjoy the process? Did it fascinate me? This will give you general idea about your own creativity but of course if you want to know how creative you are comparing to the rest of population or at least a certain group of people you will have to search for a reliable test and compare your results with results of the reference group.
