I intend to make it the most difficult one in category II, as it is actually a byproduct while playing the game, and the only requirement is patience. it should include obelisks in MB, MDA, LR, GG, labyrinth and perhaps a small part of the East.I'll travel these places again to collect the exact number. I've traversed most places except the border of the East and Necrovion (and some secret places). I'll exclude some impossible ones. I remember the period when I could move just one or two steps per day in the East. If the first obelisk is not too deep I prefer counting it in.

My cartography is 27, including 6 from shop item. And I’ve been to Necrovion just once without fully explored. So the missing ones should be in Necrovion. update: found something weird. I bought 3 shop items. But my first skill herbalism is just 8. Should it be above 9 if I bought 3...

I think the step about king of Marind Bell is not suitable now.

yep. I just think it would help for concentrating on personal staff out of the game. But it's not feasible for a game.

I like the idea to be active after a long wait (no more than 1 day) to make that active time more effective. But it requires a lot of corresponding changes to the whole mechanism. And actually for a game it's better to have the players to be active more frequently, to form the habit and make more chances for social, which help the game to attract more players. I think the purpose of bounty is the same. But prolong the regen time will do the opposite. I'm always worrying about the attractiveness of the game to new players. The less new players retain, the less interesting the game is for them. New blood is crucial for the long run. This great game should be seen and liked by more players. But things are better easier for them to experience more.
