Let's go for the important part of your post and ask you what you consider the qualities are that are needed to be a good lho manager. ------ I can certainly let the lhos know any demotion reasons

The above, whilst not stated publicly previously (indeed though as a result of lack of public statement, it's been rarely acted upon), is something I've always been happy to do. I am a fan of transparency, hence the previous comment, but I often don't realise what people want might want more transparency on. I will happily and publicly answer questions with regard to what I'm doing, or have done. So long as I have a record, or memory of the situation, there is no time limit to requests of this nature. With regard to the public LHO forum, I am happy for it to be used to that end, it currently serves minimal purpose, so it would be good to put it to use.

In respect of the original post, I am a supporter of LHOs having more severe punishments for breaking rules - I have displayed this on several occasions. The ruling is indeed circular with the end there, as you say Z, and certainly it's written in a way to avoid them being used as scapegoats. There has been talk at various points of removing the rule knowledge from LHOs and pushing it towards some other group instead, but it hasn't panned out, and indeed the questions would still get asked of them. People ~should~ say when they're uncertain of information, but they don't always, and sometimes they fully believe themselves to be correct, but are not. In terms of removing the scapegoat phrasing, I would agree there could be better phrasing there, but removing it opens up the possibility of them being used as scapegoats, rather than an honest mistake occurring - the LHO would still have to careful as they get punished either way, but it also means that the player asking cannot plead ignorance as an excuse, it (in my eyes) encourages both of the pair to read and be conscious of the rules to ensure that neither are falling foul of them.

Let me be clear here, so that you do not slander my name further. I am the LHO manager, I am in charge of the LHOs. If I wanted to demote an LHO, I do not need a reason, people might object, but it would be accepted. There is no reason for me to jail someone as an excuse for removing their wings, as no excuse is needed. As for not responding to your messages afterwards, we have since spoken regarding this. If anyone has an issue with my actions in any capacity I assume, they are more than welcome to message those above me regarding (currently Chewett or Mur) --- Actually, to be fair, at this point I'd likely just ask you not to - completely depends where you draw the line between being asked not to, and being warned though.

I recall it being said that currently there is no distinction between TC death and killing death, so for the message to be different a distinction would have to be coded. Simpler, I guess, would be the text changing so that it applies to both situations.

For the record, Money Laundering, as Zlei said, is regarding money sourced illegally, not money you intend to use illegally or immorally. Please no more discussion about this. This form of trading ~is~ Alt Abuse. Alt abuse is defined as one of your accounts benefiting from another account you control. IF B(middle man) trades with A1, as a direct result of trading with A2, then A is abusing having multiple accounts. B, in knowing this, would also be culpable. The key point here being that B would have to be aware of A1 and A2 being alts. This scenario is the case regardless if the item is the same in both cases or not - it would not work as an auto block. Is it happening frequently? Well I hope not. Will people be punished for doing this if caught? Yes.

Default also currently has (per my inventory) Trophies, my compass, telescope and a few other things - it's not just pickables. I'd lean more towards pickables being put in with resources. In terms of categories, we also have "test" (self-explanatory), and "bestiary", if we have a creature category, I'd put bestiaries in there with the totems, and remove the tag specific to them. Rare, for me, tends to be items which have a rare ability, as opposed to being a rare item, if that makes sense. So not many Kill tools, Kill is a rare item, not many medal boxes, they're rare.

Font is easy enough, but yeah, as Aeo said requires a couple bits of html, the issue as stated is that there's no drop down option on the design view with some preset font options, rather than there being no way to change the font. The style droplists, change the style...as the name might suggest. Highlight the text, select the styles and see how the text changes. The paragraph droplist changes the paragraph breaks and font size (Heading 1=big main heading/title, Heading 6=minor heading/title), again, highlight specific texts, or place the cursor on the line you wish to affect, and play with the settings. They do both very much do things, have a play and discover. Until looking into this part of your post, and I clicked on the options (Haven't edited my papers properly in a while) I had no idea you were trying to file a bug report. These features used to work, something has clearly changed at some point which broke these tools. For the record, the error message is huge to post here, but it's replicable.
