I'm surprised at my lack of posting here and conveying my thanks for the GGG. Especially now with those angiens. btw I'm sorry in advance if I broke any rituals because your ritual had dying creatures in it. I was not aware and was assuming everyone has full health rits. Again, I am sorry if this happens and assure you it is not intentional.

My thoughts on Necrovion's second alliance parallel that to both Ledah's and stormrunner's ideas of who the Tainted Warriors should be. I've always had the idea for an alliance "Black Scythe Order" that operated in complete anonymity, counter to Ledah's plan that the alliance is feared. Instead, they should be a known name - kind of like CIA, FBI, KGB, or MI5 - but no one really knows how or where they are operating. And of course there will be the crazies that always think they are watching when they are not (or are they?!?). I also agree with Ledah's idea of the "Dark Archivists", who steal info from the other Archivists and gathering more on Necrovion and burning the rest. The other function of Tainted warriors would be parallel to stormrunner's idea where they are an elite squad of commandos acting in only small but dangerous operations and as Secret Service to the King/Queen. Most operations are secret to the Monarch to maintain "plausible deniability", but if she were to ask for important information they would deliver. So in summary, they would be like a national security force in protection of the Monarch and in charge of building a Necrovion Archive. Another branch might be an Archane Science Research Division, but that might be a little too ambitious/ too large a role for this alliance right now. However, that might be the main role for this alliance too (wink, wink, for anyone who wants to pursue this idea). Kind of like Braiton's role magnified to an entire alliance. Why might I lead this alliance? Well, I have been around for a while so I've helped my share of new players and think I've grasped how the game works. I have considered Necrovion my home since day one too and whether official or not have been a member of the sentinels for quite a while. I can't guarantee that the alliance will be a stunning success, all I can do is promise to build this alliance as strong as possible and not abandon it.

Hey, I was using the MD image manager the other day to insert some pics into my documents when I discovered that all my previously uploaded pictures have disappeared! I looked through all the folders and none were to be found. I then tried to upload my pics again, but that's not working either (.gif, .png, .jpg anything). So, is this just me or are others having similar troubles with the file manager?

Not to brag or anything, but I have never been part of an alliance and I was last month's head contest winner, so it's still definitely possible to win even if you are neutral

As most veteran players are aware and newbies are becoming aware of the command to make people unable to speak is being abused way way way too much in the game and is more of an annoyance than it is helpful. In the proper way, it is helpful to the players who are witnessing some legitimate spamming/improper comments coming from another player even after warning. But in turn, the abusive player learns the pattern and starts to do it to others without regard for its proper use. Then other new players, just innocently trying to wrap their head around how magic works here start unintentionally abusing the spell, which leads to a whole bloody mess. This abuse is present in ALL MP levels and I find the problem spreading more and more throughout the community. Not to be a spoil-sport, but it is a sincere request for the good of the game that the command should be removed from public use and given to a select few such as RPC, PWD and LHO to use for good reason. Obviously, there is no guarantee that they in turn will not abuse it, so use of the spell will have to be monitored closely by other RPCs and LHOs through counters seen on other spells. If that is not possible, then I suggest the command be hidden from chat or instead replaced by the line [i]player1 has silenced player2[/i] in order to curb the number of new players learning and abusing the command. Also a much, much higher cost to use the command if the command cannot be removed publicly. Thank You for your time reading this.

I for one await the surprises that await us PWDs and abilities still in development for RPCs. I am sure Mur is working hard on some new stuff that both I and others can use so that we as a community develop better into our roles and make combat a little more interesting

Reaper (6 levels, max will take Age +100 or something) Vp: 500 at max level: Soul Steal - instantly destroy "dying creature" - else, if equal or over max vit, nothing Single target Player/Creatures gain no exp from creatures destroyed this way ---> Or is that a little ridiculous? Probably is.

I for one support the idea of taking other creatures and creating new and improved creatures packed with lots of dark energy and magic! EDIT: I would propose that we make "mutated" dark creatures from other creatures in other lands by getting them from said land and then taking them to a special altar to transform them, costing VE and VP of course, the resulting creature would then have slightly different stats/abilities/powers. Would be also harder to train, to balance things out in case someone transforms lots of low level creatures for cheap. Or even some way this special altar could merge two creatures together? Now, if only I could get my hands on a drachorn, there would be lots of fun with making dark drachorns Mwhahahahahahaha!

I think some people are getting a little to hung up on the literal meaning of No Man's Land. I interpret it as No Man's Land because it can't be definitively held by any of the four major Land or the inhabitants/tribes are not officially recognized or big enough to really claim to be a separate country. That being said, I think there can be No Man's Land Alliances, they just can't "claim" land in No Man's Land and there would have to be many of these small "neutral" alliances so that one alliance does not dominate the area because, well, look at the name of the place again.

Wait....Renavoid and Morgana can't win this? This brings back meaning for me to participate! To the Hunt!

On this topic of resorting creatures, I would also like to propose a way to rename creatures in a one time shot per creature manner. I'll post this in a new topic if the need arises or if I find the proper topic to post.
