Question how or in what way would a forum post have to garnish punishment outside the forum. (Referring to the In game punishment) what I don't get is most of forum isn't conductive to in game abilities. I am having trouble putting it into words but I guess what I am asking is can anyone give me an example of when or where a forum post would lead to in game punishment, as I feel what chewett stated in the rules is to vague. rawr rawr rawr everyone stop being so up tight geez its a game people gonna have haters face it you all do, (i dont because am half an ass :D) but seriously wouldnt you all rather come to the forum and enjoy a great cat fight (both females) rather than push away newcomers (not noob since it might be an insult) when they see racial "jokes" on the mood panel or hyperlinks to dst being called a HO or HOE or WHORE whichever you all know depending on whether or not you are associated with western culture. I think its a great idea to have the forum to vent, nowadays its better than my NOVELAS (am mexican). Why not allow two people who dislike (because we all know hate is a strong word) eachother go at it? Guess what if i didnt care i wouldnt click on the topic stating PO is pissing on itself (is it?) but guess what i dont care and i still click on it just for manure (yay adjectives) and giggles. so i think i've written a run on sentence my teacher must be rolling over in her shallow grave so i'll end it. I am not sure if MD still has an advertising team like when i use to run it but there is quick ways to gain money through these ads. Theres very popular games out there that would love more advertisement. Now i dont know how much it costs per month to run MD but lets say we are using these 3 sections i mentioned. (the most profitable way to do it) Is through a flat rate charge. Lets say we seel the right and left as exclusive banner ad space at an ABOUT common flat rate price of $100-$125 per month regardless of the click/visited results and the bottom space (which is bigger) at around $50-$75 you are looking at about $300-$450 a month which again those are generic prices sold to the right person. (in my opinion $300 is a fair start) Other options that (if we still have) the advertising group could set up a CPM method or CPC method. however these two methods would yield less income but could also sell more smaller banners or text links in order to create revenue. Anyways i think am just typing now umm but yeah these would be my ideas in order to help. P.S. IF NEED BE we could also expand into other MD screens like we already do in the free credits page. P.S.S.? The generic over view of what i am suggesting is the free credits page (with all the banners and ADs) but on the home page on the sides and bottom. ok done

...ummm.. I know you guys will probably hate me for the following but... what about in-game advertising? MD has three HUGE areas that can have "some" form of advertising, these being the sides to the left and right (vertical sections), and also the entire bottom of the page?. Personally I have never really cared about in-game ads or on youtube etc plus i know this will help so much. (am not sure if we could add a poll here of 1, would ads affect your gameplay/ your desire to play MD", 2, No i would care if ads where there)

Why does it matter what the form of payment is? Could be 30 GC's could be 450 SC's could be $175, bottom line is that the price is there. He teles or removes those people who attempt to break the rules or succeed in doing so. like Eon mentioned its a contest to promote the strongest players beyond that of stats with the use of teamwork and spells. if they choose not actually work simply because Eon is allowed to take part in this competition then that falls on them. IMO the idea of the BHC is make it a challenge unlike the HC where once you win you cant compete, this is what i liked about the BHC its a chance to show you didnt just win because you bought your way into first or had your friends help. So yeah i think am just ranting now.

lets not get deviated from the topic here EON is resigning it has nothing to do with the council. What will we do IF Eon actually resigns? How will if any will the BHC be run? Thats my concern, imo if it aint broke dont fix it and Eon and his BHC isnt broken. Its due to the lack of players that the most recent BHC sucked but again how is he suppose to keep the other players motivated to win? thats not his job, his job is to provide a well rounded platform for people to attempt and prove themselves, which he is doing.

yes correct but in my america the constitution was ratified FIRST followed by the states and their laws which complied with the American constitution. Here the "states" have already made rules and practices. They would have to change those practices to fit with the constitution. Dont get me wrong MB i understand exactly what you are trying to accomplish with the nation wide laws etc however i feel that it wont work as there is already in place laws and common practices. beyond that inho a constitution should be the basis of which all upcoming laws grow from and expand. Here it is the opposite, making a constitution that fits all of the different precedents under a generic idea, which i feel could lead to major exploits and loopholes. Two things we know MD players are experts in abusing.

I lost interest in all the mumbo jumbo of words. (which i dont care to read) But the jist i got out of it was that MD was being directed as a whole. If anything its a great constitution for GG or any land (with a few mods). However i dont see how this can apply to MD when we have guilds, alliances, citizenship, land rules (kings/queens (a joke)), among smaller factions. In my opinion this would overrule all of the mentioned above rules and ideas. for one may claim you broke Lore's Rules but the defendant could argue well what about the MD constitution. (Not quite sure if am making my point) However above all this great idea well written (at least what i read) and all but not sure MD should have an overall constitution.
