i wonder... if next time i keep to the advertised 3 winners method and period. Would everyone be happier? Because now i gave prizes to absolutely everybody participating in the tombola and somehow it seems to me you are still...'unsatisfied'. Maybe its because after 20hours of work i get a little angry , or maybe i am right, idk, but for now i think this 100% winning rate wont happen again. Anyway, I couls't read all of this (sorry about that) but i will answer to the few passages i did read. - tombola per payment method is fair because some people have no way of participating to the tombola even if they can support md through an other payment method. Shifting around from paypal to paybycash to whatever will be next, not only gives a chance to everyone but also changes the odds of the tombola. Some payment methods are rearely used, so those have a huge win chance. If i mix all together it will be always the same big amount of people that could get a ticket, again, and again. Ok, lets not call it fair.. i am kind of bored to justify why i think something is fair or not in md, take it as it is, you will defenetly enjoy it more if you do. Probably then you will understand what my point was. I was thinking to make fixed clear and written rules for the next tombola, but wait...who is forgetting how things work here? me or you or both of us? You will have to trust me, because my honest intention is to keep things ...interesting (lets not say fair). I am basically uncoruptible and just to be sure i added the "highest payer" category to avoid any possible temptation that someone says one day, "here is 1000$ give me a wining spot". I gave random prizes to those that didnt win anything, granulated the remaining ones and put in other extractions and other and other and then in the end i called them "consolation prizes". Its actually totaly unfair, but if i hear one of you complaining why an other one won while he won also i will ripp his head off. Envy on a festive event simply doesn't fit in my notion of morality.

u are not on the wrong track. the void is the forth gate, the purpose, etc. there SO MANY ways to define the forth gate. "gate" is a term i use because of many reasons, but don't see just as a entrance/exit, thats something else. words are so incomplete to describe something i could normaly decribe in one second face2face, but its a good exercise for me to try put it in writing, helps me map the mechanics of it. think of fractals... each repeats same symbol over and over again, inside its shape, neverending. But notice something... each subshape, or how you call it, has one entrance to it, where the line comes in and where it exists so it can continue its purpose and create more sub shapes....that is the fourth gate! yey, i said it quite well i think, i should take notes haha ok so, in a fractal, only one has the gate closed, the outer shape where it all started from. Closing a subshape within a fractal causes an independent system with its own outershape. dont get confuse, outer shape and inner sun are basicaly the same thing symbolically speaking once you get the concept. fractals are a good example , both 2d and 3d... but its actualy the best when time kicks in ..4d shapes..sadly i can see them mentally but i cant yet describe them in words. a 4d shape consists of two perspective , both opposing eachother, end unites with beginning and beginni g with end, its sort of a gradient of feelings. this will get offroad if i go into 4d shapes at this point so lets get back to symbols...fractals, best example of the fourth gate without using the perfection of the circle in the equation.

By just two points you define a circle but an other circle could be drawn going through those two pointa as well.. when you have three points, only one circle can touch them all in one. there are 4 in fact because : "walk" on a circle, you will find 2 points diametrally opposed, and two points perpendicular direction, all these 4 directions are unique and in a way they are all opposed to each other. north and south are opposed but yet the same axis, west and east are opposed yet the same axis, north vs east are like apples and ..bricks... even more different, nothing in common, same for the other combinations. In essence the cross symbol, symbol that is ofently combined with a circle btw. This is short and fast explenation, i could detail, in case why four points on a circle is not clear enough... from these 4, only 3 are needed. any 3, because in our terms "nothing" else is needed to define the circle, a plane, a system, etc. but in other words what this means is exactly what it sais, the fourth point is no longer needed, if you have the other 3, its the void. symbolically is this a Cross cancels the circle. a T cancels the 3 points and an other circle cancels the void on top, creates chain reaction (nested is the name?) mp6 change won.t come too soon. making mp6 more accessible doesnt mean at all to lower adept requrements, that will only lower its quality. The ideas i have however, are so drastic that they cant be made partial and finished later, they need to be done all in one fast and big update. clues: 6 = 7 7 = 5 = 7 , illusion vs protector highly dependent on xp concept change, that one needs to be done first not open for debate yet.. just hope my memory will not give fatal error till then, or i will forget the awsome things i have in mind for the "rare" mp levels now

its a valid question however. the 3 points of balance in md plus the point of void. Now think of the land balance, 3 elements to forge the missing 4th.anyway long story. "The Sun" is the center source of energy proportional to the point of void that got closed and also relevant to whatever the system is made of. Maybe not the best words but i will work on that later. Lets give an example tottaly out of the ordinary...creativity. Creativity's SUN so to say is amplified directly proportional to the point of void, which is dependent on the medium/holder/"operating system"/i cant find the right word here. In humans is pain, suffering, it amplifies creativity. Well being and luxury kills it (unless the luxury hides emotional pain or some other sort of frustrations/drama). In design, graphic design, same principles apply. In programming, well here its harder to explain because by definition programs have to follow a purpose, well defined purpose. As soon as you create the point of void, the creation will drag its structure towards that purpose and create the central source, its "sun". In a material word, its what we call a star in cosmic sense, like our sun. There are so many things that derive from that, so..many..

yes, here you should discuss just this particular answer. about the gate yes ....and no...its kind of a secret however gates, in all meanings, change spontaneously always, not progressive btw, the gate closes when we die too, but death is not igniting the star i am talking about so, why , how .etc..these are things hard to discuss over a forum considering the most part of the "dictionary" of terms is not existant in same way for each person

(no exceptions) [b]Each system hold a point of void, a gap in the circle that symbolises it. The error, the "nothing" is part of each system, regardless if the system we talk about is a logic system in programming, or life, or a mechanical system, or planetary, etc. Each circle has 4 gates, 4 points on its line. Three of them are "plus" and one is "minus/zero", in a logical sense not a mathematical one. You need just 3 points to define a circle in space, just 2 to create "a circle" but each circle holds a forth point, the gate outside the system. When this gate closes, the "minus" rebalances to "plus" the infinite void turns into infinite energy. (Don't argue about notion of infinity, in this case i refer to highest source of something, the SUN is the source) I missed several explenations but i left enough for those that can undersand the message. Afterall this will be a secret SOTIS text. A star can be ignited in nature, but most of all, a star can be ignited inside of each system. Humans are individual systems, there is a "inner sun" ..if you know what i mean. Your situation is easy to fix, get more creatures while you are at mp3 if you want to stay, OR MOVE TO MP4. This situation can't happen again for a new player because they can't upgrade the creatures beyond a point where they can use them. The can actually but in a very hard way (wishpoints) and if they do that then for sure they know what they are doing.

blocking an other player by ways of money is totally out of the question. What, if you cant afford it you get 'abused'? first of all, conflict is a seed for actions. I know some of you would dream of a MD with only them inside it, but on a large scale is not healthy. Any big enough issue should cause people to divide and group at the same time, forming sides. This leas to much more. If the conflict is personal and not large enough to cause this, you should realize on your own that your actions are meaningless or you should learn on your own how to deal with such people that annoy you. MD is a learning ground not a battle ground. Solving social problems, even those involving privacy and abuse, are still things you can learn and should learn, without paying for a button to do it for you.

keep reporting this in this topic, i will wait a few days (or less) and fix it for those that posted here. If anything changes and the reset miraculously appears there by tomorow pls update/remove your post so i won't waste time checking solved issues. I have no clue how a mass update would end up not changing "some" accounts, I am sorry for this.

I will ignore questions answered already by the announcements. mp5 can use any creature levels. upgrade requirements are an other matter. lowering creature levels ... my answer for now: "heheheheee" can't talk about that now About madness, i was just starting the fire, Rendril will carry on with the ongoing changes. MD is not yet at madness dev level (as it used to mean before) but got closer. If i tell you all the things ..you would run in panic , scream, then return in shock ... and I don't want the forum explode of ideas that will never be considered about things that are not yet there. I return to my initial idea that the major changes in md must be done by one person and not open for debate. Think of it, if i was to allow you the opportunity to debate the last changes, things would probably different , better seen from each ones view but much worse seen from above. My only real problem is my memory that seems to fail me quite scary and increasingly worse, but my logic and intuition when it comes to MD are quite good and i dare say, unmatched. With the help of Rendril and the Council, things can become increasingly more real than just ideas on paper. All in good time

mp6 will not become an other deeper mp5 level...if that is what you are worried about. Lowering the adepts makes it too easy to abuse, and pointless because someone that goes to mp6 just to upgrade creatures will not care about the adepts. Considering this and more things you didnt realised yet about potential issue with mp6 in the new setup, i will have to think of something that changes mp6 not just "fixes" it to work with all this. These future changes are not for debate here, yet, and what matters now is that certain creature levels will be less common because of the mp6 requirement. There is however a pending changed to be announced that will offer a painful alternative, not a replacement however.

people....no...there won't be any overpowered mp3, stop it. if you want me to spoil this , fine , here it is. creatures that require a certain level of upgrade will be usable only on that level, otherwise they will automatically receive freeze during combat. Exception makes mp6 requirement that will still allow mp5 to use creatures that needed mp6 to upgrade. The mp6 stage will be a temporary stage throught the way it will be adjusted, but thats later. The mp3 creatures change is due to be done [u]today[/u].

mp3 = introductory, teasing stage mp4 = trasition stage mp5 = where the madness starts and end mp6 = maybe to visit one day for a week or so mp7 = its an illusion! mp8 = mp2 = was an illusion ..stage mp1 = access denied have fun

I was reading this topic and some of the energic reactions over this change...and i have to say there is a big difference between the vets that learned to trust me and the noobs that run in panic on each thing that shakes them a bit. you will find out more about this on the announcements, the situation of the existing mp3 high level creatures is still a change to be made later today, like the mp6, etc.. there are still some issues you din.t yet realize, hopefully i will fix those before you go berserk on those too... afterall i aim to destroy the game , or your fun, or what was that? obviously not in my best mood today, but you get my point

I am planning a series of concept changes in MD, here are two of them to discuss: XP XP term renamed game-wide, because it is not actually xp, it is more like "Heat tolerance". Make the xp flow, gaining and losing, more fluid. Make "XP" caps dynamic not static (!) Suggest terms to better describe what current xp is. Tutorial story Intro story, what is now known as storyline, will be presented as a requirement to pass, something to allow you "in" what md is, sort of an introductory quest. The story and game start won.t change but part of the interface will be locked and fisrt part of the story will be presented to have the purpose of filtering players, in fact that is what it does. open to any sort of replies

on short term you might see it as allowing abuse, because for a while anyone will be able to reset xp, and that was hard before. My intention is to change gameplay and constant xp lowering will be part of the new gameplay. Its a shift of values so to speak. Creature upgrade requirements are ok as they are. I will announce an other update regarding mp levels but overall the new changes are not unbalanced they are aimed to shift gameplay in an other direction entirely. Most of all, as the vets already know, no accounts are reset or "fixed" in case an official change leads to abnormal powers , it is something you can abuse if you think its abusable but i dare to say the abuse is part of the way things will be in a month from now. I am hoping this change will add more dynamic to the play and have people go to the altar more often not just on rare occasions. If i am wrong we shall see, anyway, even if wrong, you should be used by now to survive and enjoy any feature or bug or any update that is uncertain if its good or bad..you know what i mean, its how MD was in the past years

Enough deep does not mean elaborate your astronomy knowledge showoff or supositions isn't gonna give you access to border research. Some things i saw don't go well with my fragile temper..like "planet MD", but of course each has the honest right to various opinions. my point is , dont get lost in pointless details and forget the question, it prevents others from elaborating their shy but maybe valuable opinion
