    I promised I wouldn't reply (and I won't after this, at least for a few days) but I'll reply to this little bit.
     it's Actually, it's a very different reason as to why this all began, some will know and some won't, but it wasn't because it happened, I was quite content with that.

    My two cents on the subject, I was not around for the events that transpired... so I have a bit of an outsider perspective.
    I do not see where it is abusive or misuse of power. People were killed and as such there are consequences to any actions taken. Why are you surprised at this? When you (Aethon) have used abilities available at your disposal to further your goals.

    As for the spells themselves, just as Mallos said by posting the announcement made on the creation of the spells.

    I think Azull and Syrian were within the bounds of their roles and powers to react in such a way.

    There is a clear difference between the cases you want to compare. In one, there are rules and expectations, in the other, there aren't. Read what Mallos said. Your constant linking of them does not change that and each time you try to explain it, what you do is explain why it is justified to bring any matter to a tribunal. You're right, it is. It is also the tribunal's right to throw something out. That's a judgement in it's own right. You've had one. You just don't like it.
    Clearly people took issue with this when the announcement went up, as they have said they spoke with higher bodies. They got responses, and did not go public. It is now 5 months later, and because you have a personal experience you don't like, you are now making it a matter of public interest. Seems a little off to me. Again, you are totally within your right to do it.
    The why you keep going on about is obvious if you just take an objective position on it, they shouldn't have to explain it to you - and I'm not about to.

    Hey MDers
    I'm looking for some people to help me in activities to help rejuvenate the realm's sleepiness and also gain/encourage new players. I'm looking for people who can continue, despite obstacles, to actively carry out hosting, helping and activity tasks. You will become responsible for your area and I'll be responsible for trying to keep you motivated. If you think you can help let me know here on this thread.
    Thanks

    You've linked to the exact post where Mur states depletion is not officially punishable. There is also an announcement regarding land rules. This shows a clear difference between that situation and this one - but those things aren't 'real' enough for you? I'm not entirely sure what you're getting at here?

    I don't see the situations as the same at all. I also fail to see how this current situation is an abuse, whether in inverted commas or not?

    You kinda did in your first post, but there's no point me making a big fuss over it.
    =====
    In simple terms, Blackshade has done many things against Golemus, and myself, and nothing for it. If I recall correctly (and do correct me, if I'm wrong) he said the actions against the land were because he was being laughed at and ignored, and it was to wake the land up to act as he had previously suggested. Can't remember precisely what he had suggested, but I do recall it being incredibly unlikely to happen, even with backing - which I spoke to him about at the time.
    Shortly afterwards he said sorry for assisting with the ally takeover, and could he have Fusioneers, I said no and that he would have to figure a way to improve Golemus from the position he was in, try to figure out a way for me to trust him again. He was not happy about this. More recently he took it upon himself to arrange deaths for several figures from Golemus (including myself).
    I think I'm fairly justified in not wanting him in my land, and have no reason to hide my explanation.
    I am happy to embrace Fusioneers revival as I have spoken to you privately about, just not with him.

    General rules is not exactly what judges are for, it's more of a case-by-case thing... What you're looking for is a parliament's job
    I'll happily give some input and lay out what i'd definitely rule as abuse (if proven), but i'm not going to bind all future rulings to this discussion. So, if you want a post from me, it'll be all the things you definitely can't do as far as i'm concerned, but that doesn't mean that the things that are not on the list are okay in all cases.
    If you find something like that helpful, i'll try my best to provide a useful list... But i don't consider this the job of judges.

    @Mallos: you're being catastrophic.
    There are more than 3 re-usable revival tools, there are consumable ones and where we used to have Molquert now we have Caretakers' revival quest.
    Of those 33 people, only 5-6 are still dead and most of them are inactive.

    Your tools are irrelevant. the public ones would be extra to those. But if you want to keep the monopoly not by work but by the fact that there is no competition then ofc i get the drama.

    (Zl-eye-f)-nea reacted to Aeoshattr in Guardian of Tools Should Grabban based on depletion?
    See, I wouldn't give a flying flabberflap if you weren't depleting yourself. That is the issue.
    The argument about whether depletion is abuse or not is, in my opinion, beyond this topic. The real problem here is that you grabban Darkraptor while you yourself deplete. Why not grabban yourself? You're breaking your own rule based on simply the citizenship of the offender or a personal preference, which is fundamentally against what this role is meant to be.
    That is the problem. Not to mention the fact that MB has a single water tool that can be used by outsiders, and you still grabban its use. You have a monopoly and a single tool that you're preventing the use of. That sounds like tool abuse to me.
