Current ghost spell afaik: Preconditions: caster has 300 heat Postconditions: caster's name and player profile is obscured, their name is changed to ~~Ghost~~, spell ends after 5 minutes Spell fails if preconditions are not met. My proposed change: Preconditions: caster has 300 heat, caster has specified a target (defaults to targeting caster if there is no target), the target is dead Postconditions: all heat is drained from caster's elroin (incuding the target's name changed to Ghost of <Playername> where <Playername> is the name of the target, target is able to move, target is able to attack, target attacks using Summoned Army, when the spell ends they are teleported to where their corpse was, the duration is equal to the amount of heat spent by the caster in seconds (5 minutes == 300 heat) People who have purchased the Ghost Spell as it currently exists in the wish shop would get their WP refunded and lose the casts of the spell they purchased with their WPs. edit 1: Made ghost attack with Summoned Army

    No, the dead already have very little to do. If somebody doesn't have anything to really do while dead then why should they continue playing? Although making dead people seem "more dead" seems fun we must remember that it's still important for them to have a meaningful way to spend their time logged into MD. We could make death have more implications, but it should still allow the dead to have fun and actually play the game.

    If you drop to mp3 you must go through story mode to advance to mp4 and then mp5. When you drop to mp3 your lowest principal would go away. It would effectively allow you to change two principles per drop... Overall this spell benefits the target more then it hurts them from a mechanical standpoint. The time spent in story mode would be the biggest "hindrance"

    Syntropic Dust is a byproduct of harvesting Wiiya and is used to build a non-GG gate. Wiiya is also used, and once again for a non-GG gate. And the person with a "monopoly" on Wiiya is in GG. Super imballanced in my favor :D LR using water would make strong thematic sense. Water would help the trees grow stronger, and mineralwater would be 2x as useful. Things such as Timeless Dust which are "common" (not land-specific) should be useble by all gates to get stronger/last longer

  13. @EE yes, but there are creatures that change targets/ability from mp4 to mp5, such as lifestealers and an mp3 doesn't even get access to lifesteal at all.
  14. Yes, that'd be a pretty big problem. Maybe allow higher MP to design one of their rits for a lower MP level? But that's adding tons of uneeded complexity to the while thing.
  15. It's become a bit of a problem for mp4 too. Perhaps we add some kind of system where if an mp5 attacks an mp4 with a lv3 grasan it gets put down to level 2 for the fight, etc
  16. continuation of offtopic There's a massive scarcity of mp3 and mp4 players, removing/reducing restrictions on attacking would likely be beneficial to the game overall because fewer newbies would quit due to a lack of targets.
  17. LotE should be considered a mainland imo, it has a gate connecting directly to NML and it has a reason to fight. MDA is a much more peaceful land, giving them weapons doesn't make sense. UG and Labby shouldn't get weapons because they don't really "count". They are more of "corridors" and not meant to really be inhabited. UG only has one 'real' entrance and that one is inside another land, the other one leads to NML in which a linear chain of locations eventually bring you to a one way passage; it also lacks a gate like MDA or the five mainlands. Labby is similar, although it exists more to give GG parity with the other lands "opposed" to NC. (Parity referring to some way to enter MDA without going through NML).

  19. Allow us to bind rituals with Summoned Army's creatures when attacking, or pick from a few predefined ones. Also allow cross-mp attacking.
  20. It seems like people want to know what their land weapons do, and then have that functionality get coded. MB's for example would likely be very simple, it can close the entrances/exits trapping people in/outside.

Have a creature's auras not apply if it is frozen.
